Wow, she really worked out all the knots I had, and after my session with her I finally felt relief. They were able to see me the same day within an hour of me calling and the total was $50. Bring cash to pay as this spot is old school. While I won't say it is the most glamourous of spas, it is a great price and they do a good job. There is a parking lot attached to the building with a good amount of spaces.

I received a wonderful foot rub from Adrianna while my sister was treated by Blanca, who were also our massage therapists. Both women were incredibly kind, professional, and talented. Adrianna spoke so highly of Jeremiah, sharing how gracious and caring he is not only with guests but also with the staff. You can truly feel the positive environment and teamwork there. The spa itself was spotless, peaceful, and luxurious. We were provided with robes and access to an extremely clean and comfortable bathroom and shower area to change before and after our massages. After our treatments, my sister realized she had forgotten her bathing suit. Jeremiah and Tammy kindly gave us detailed directions to a nearby Ross and even explained how to use the trolley to get there. What impressed us even more was how safely and carefully they held onto all of our belongings while we stepped out shopping in the city. Knowing our things were secure allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the rest of our day stress-free. When we returned, they graciously allowed us to use a room to change so we could continue enjoying the day at the pool. As if the day couldn't get any sweeter, Jeremiah surprised me with a small birthday gift bag filled with spa goodies along with the sweetest birthday card -- which I still have hanging on my fridge! Tammy then escorted us to the beautiful 9th-floor pool deck and gave us a full tour, showing us where everything was located, including towels, sunscreen, and lotion. She introduced us to Alejandro and another wonderful cabana employee who quickly set us up with comfortable lounge chairs and an umbrella. We were also treated to a complimentary birthday guava mimosa, which was absolutely delicious! We ordered chicken wings, a burger, and fries, and everything was amazing. The burger was especially huge, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. By the end of the day, we felt completely relaxed, pampered, and appreciated. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Jeremiah, Tammy, Adrianna, Blanca, Alejandro, and the entire staff for creating such a memorable experience. I cannot recommend this spa and pool day highly enough. I am guided to the room and to snap a picture, I try to turn up the light switch. Now did I not know it was the volume button and suddenly I'm blasting spa music in the building:) A man that doesn't speak English walks in. I try to show him where it hurts. He was very friendly. But he's close to a dominatrix because I was in pain half of the time even I asked to be more gentle. I'm bony and my muscles aren't really in good shape so I feel like he will tear something any time. He works fast, you don't feel like time is being wasted. In the end warm towels and hot stones are being used. I asked to put my arthritis cream on the sore spot on my spine and he is very helpful to do so. The massage was 31min long so it wasn't shorter than what you pay for. I got dressed and walked out. I tipped the therapist and then try to handle the rest with the front desk attendant. I show the yelp check in, and he says it's only for hour massages. The yelp check in offer says any so he ends up giving me the discount. I did tip half of that back to him. The front desk is pushing the hustle mentality a little too far. I don't know if it's a Chinese thing but it is borderline rude. I rather find a place where I can come often to take care of my back issues then being pushed into paying more and talked into something I don't want. Service is good depending on therapist you get but if you like deep tissue then you are at the right location for that!

Feeling super lucky to have found Pecans Day Spa in a google search. Tess was AMAZING in every way! Super positive energy from the initial call to make the appointment. Then she welcomed me with open arms as soon as I arrived and got right down to giving me a wonderfully relaxing massage and great facial. My sensitive skin was so refreshed and so much brighter. The overall experience was just what I needed - quaint, great services and done by a wonderful masseuse and esthetician who is full of LIGHT. Will definitely be back. read more

After leaving my original review, the owner publicly accused us of lying. That response alone…read moreconfirms the level of unprofessionalism we experienced in person. To clarify the facts: we did call the business. Because the staff member on the phone spoke very limited English and communication was difficult, we were asked to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. We have call records to prove this. At no point--on Groupon, during the call, or in WhatsApp--were we informed that Groupon vouchers are only valid during certain hours. If "coupons can't be used during peak hours," that policy must be clearly disclosed on the Groupon listing. It is not. Expecting customers to guess undisclosed rules is unacceptable. Instead of being helped, we were treated rudely and told our reservation would not be honored, with no alternative offered. We were also surprised to find that only one staff member was present for a couples massage appointment. When we politely asked for an exception or any solution, we were told directly that they "don't care about reviews." Now, rather than addressing these concerns, the business chooses to publicly insult customers by calling them liars. Businesses are allowed to have policies. They are not allowed to hide them, change them after the fact, or treat paying customers with disrespect. Based on both the experience and the owner's response, I strongly do not recommend this place.
