No cuticle work, zero attention to the dead skin, I had to tell her to file them better as they were crooked, she did not massage my feet or legs..she rubbed them..I got the ick so bad...zero pressure zero...It was like she's just feeling my skin, for way too long ... paint job was sub par. Picked a dark color for fall/winter and it's just not it, I already took it off and painted them myself. A simple manicure...nope, filed my nails terribly, didn't even have her put polish.. I wanted out of there so badly. I tipped her (her name is Lora, seeming nice lady, terrible at her job..it's just the facts) minimally and paid for my daughter's gel mani (which was 4 times faster and amazingly done by Kevin) I paid $75 basically for my daughter's gel mani. I just received the worst gel manicure at this place. I had to ask my manicurist to cut and file my nails because she wasn't going to when they were clearly grown out. Once she did I told her on three separate occasions how I like them shaped and still every time I had to ask her to fix them so I just gave up on the shape. My first and last time here. My best friend made an appointment for both of us. Gel and dip manicures. Crystal was an excellent technitian with me. She worked fast but in a detailed manner. I was in and out within 45 minutes. But Candy was horrible with my friend. The water in my friend's foot tub got cold just waiting for Candy to get ready. I was already done. Candy did a bad job with my friend's dip. She didn't soak or cut the cuticle, she also did a bad job filing (several nails were uneven). We're already 2 hours in. We were running late for a dinner appointment. We mention this to Candy but she just digs in her heels and insists this is her pace of work. Management didn't bother rectifying the issue. They insisted my friend still had to pay even though we were running 45 min late for dinner. They didn't care about losing us as customers. Never again. read more

She's professional and EXCELLENT. The owner of this salon is a great person. Always accommodating and trying to find someone to attend to you with or without an appointment. The salon itself is clean, spacious, relaxing with a nice perk of choosing from water, wine or coffee. Their hair salon is also awesome. Very good with hair color (ask for Karen) cut and blow dry as they listen to the customer and what they're trying to achieve and focus on delivering exactly that. I've given this place far too many chances but now that It's my turn to get an infection from here I'm very upset. I've been going here since 2012 and let me tell you the quality of their services has really gone down. I should've stopped going when my sister got an infection over 5 years ago and never returned. She warned me the day before my appointment on 8/26 that I would need to get my toe drained and medically treated immediately after and of course I insisted that things have changed since back when she used to go and that they sterilized their utensils now but apparently not because I'm now sitting here soaking my big excruciating swollen toe in steaming hot salt water as recommended by my doctor trying to get the courage to walk on this foot to go pick up my antibiotics. I received a pedicure from here literally four days ago, expecting to finally have pretty feet since COVID obviously ceased going to get pedicures for a while. It started off with very minimal pain to my big toe the same day which I figured was just soreness due to the heavy filing, however every day it got worse and worse to where I can no longer walk comfortably and my toe is getting bigger and bigger everyday. If you went here recently, and start noticing any pain,swelling,drainage I recommend you get treated immediately because the longer you wait the harder it is to fix. I loved this place at one point, but from now on I rather not have a pedicure if I have to also pay an additional medical bill. Smh I should've known when I never saw anyone open a fresh bag of sterilized utensils And to make matters worse, every time I get a gel mani/pedi here, the gel peels of by the next day. Ok so I like that they have all types of salon services here. Cool idea. However the nail service was TERRIBLE so I won't be trying any of their other services. I judge my nail service based on a 4 very simple things: did the nail tech stay within the lines of my nails with the polish (simple, even I can do that!)? Did they cover my entire nail with polish? (Shouldn't have to specify this to them) Was the polish quality (no bubbles!)? And last, how long did the polish last without chipping? Typically a good one will last at least 5 days. My tech was very friendly. Very sweet lady. But my nails look terrible. And I'm only 1 day in. The clear polish didn't cover the entire nail so it looks like my nail is cracked in the middle. DONT GET A WAX HERE! ----- Got a horrible Brazilian wax done a few months ago. I trusted a lady named Ann and she ripped my skin, I bled nonstop I had to go to the urgent care. This was my first visit to the salon and I was looking forward to getting a gel manicure. I showed up Friday as a walk in and was seen almost right away, the man who did my nails name is don and he seemed to be in a rush, trying to get me in and out to get another customer. Halfway through the manicure he leaves my hands in a bowl of room temperature soap water and walked away to take a ten minute smoke break without warning. He comes back wreaking of cigarettes and continues to work on my nails. When he finished they looked decent, a little chunky but I was pleased. The next day I notice my gel nail polish is peeling off, I paid 30 dollars to wear a gel manicure for less than a day. So I call to ask them if I can come in, my first call was answered by a rude woman who ended up hanging up on me before I could explain my situation and five calls later no one has answered. Update: called again Tuesday, receptionist was really nice and understanding, getting my 5 chipped nails fixed! Update: I came in today and Danny fixed my nails, he did a great job and really cared about how they looked. He took his time and noticed the smallest details. I asked for the earliest time she had available and was told 8 or 9. I had other things to do that day so I picked 8. Now I'll admit, that is a little early as most nail places open at 10 but they had an appt reminder text they sent out and sure enough my appt was at 8. So I get there bright and early and wouldn't you know it...they're not open. I tried calling, messaging on social media and got nothing. FINALLY someone showed up, 8:30/40. I was irritated but I was already there and needed to do my nails so I proceeded to pick my color. I was then told Annie knew she had an appt at 8 but had not arrived and no one there currently had her number. How does no one have her number?? So they called the owner while I sat and waited. To wrap this up--Annie never showed. The owner attempted to call one time and told me he couldn't reach her and she was probably driving. They provided me with no follow-up, didn't offer me another nail tech and went on with their business like I hadn't been sitting there at this point for over an hour. I left and will never go back.
