The place is so cute and clean I really like the service. Since a two months lockdown my feet needed some desperate help so I found this place on fb and since it was close home I decided to give it a shot. I made my appointment online and it was so easy. I was a little bit reluctant since we just started opening business again I know but they were very careful they only have 2 other customers besides me they were all wearing masks (customers and staff) and they had this nice glass separating from the clients on the manicure/nails section. I asked for the spa pedicure and with an extra for the gel on my toenails. The girl worked really good and really fast she did the whole thing she even put some hot towels and did an amazing massages on my feet. They were offering drinks (moscato, margaritas and mimosas) but I felt like it was too early for a drink I know I sound hypocritical but it's true :) They did the job fast and so beautiful, a little bit pricey I would say but the place and experience make it worth it. Maybe I have to come back for a manicure or a nails set but for now my feet are beautiful and happy.

just look at the awful shape

I've been coming here for a few months and have had great service until today. I don't know if they hired new staff (there were some workers I hadn't seen before). But the service was just not it. I always ask for the same thing, short acrylic set, and the lady who did mine today butchered it bad. The pics speak for themselves. I'm just annoyed that I paid $50 for this.

The worst nail job I've ever gotten! Took forever and is so ugly. Polish on my cuticles! Filed my nails crooked, crooked French polish! Cuts around my cuticles and bubbles in my polish. And they had the Audacity to charge me $125. Would not recommend!

I cant believe I paid $40 for this freaking mess. The nail technician was super rude and when I asked her If I could get my nails almond shape she said "no your nails are too short" and literally pushed my hand away twice. She left some residue of the nail color on my finger and she removed it with a freaking nail file. Imagine doing friction in the skin with that. Unbelievable.

I went on a Saturday and it was PACKED, but I was greeted immediately by the owner (who was super professional, attentive, and helpful in finding me a color combination that would match the photo I wished to replicate). I was shown to a pedi-spa chair and was offered something to drink. I opted for water, which was cool and refreshing. The place is very clean, HUGE, and it caters to wealthy/upscale patrons. They are regulars, or know one another...because there was lots of talking. Oh yeah, it is LOUD due to all the ladies gabbing. One thing that bothered me was...there is NO PRICE LIST to be seen. There is no menu of services, ANYWHERE. I was hesitant to stay, because I knew I was going to get sticker shock. I chose the basic mani/pedi, to be safe. However, I still walked out paying $61 before tip...which is far too expensive for my budget. The service was fantastic. Lots of recognizable faces in the staff, including the guy who did my services (who used to own another very good, moderately priced nail salon nearby). The service was meticulously clean, everything is disposable, single serving and prepackaged. The pedi-spa massage chair is great, but I heard the lady next to me mention the massage was an extra $5. I don't know if she meant the foot massage was extra or turning on the massage on the chair was extra. My guy proceeded to do a very good, basic pedicure (with massage and steamed towel, but no frills). My feet are now as soft as a baby's bottom. He followed it with a good, basic manicure. My hands and feet look lovely, and I was there for 1 hour. Verdict: Loud atmosphere, so bring headphones if you want to relax. The service is fantastic! The prices are exorbitant, so prepare to pay $$$$. It's upscale, so only conservative nails. You won't find nail art or designs here. Extensive gel nail lacquers to choose from, but the regular polish selection is more limited. Minus 1 star for the missing menu of services.

From the pedi seats. Lovely place

MY NEW PLACE TO GO FOR NAILS!!!! Best I've ever seen and I've been to a lot of different states and a lot of different nail techs. These aren't "just people who do nails" they are professionals and very nice people. Will be going back soon Also, my nails were done free hand

My manicure, nothing fancy, but looks great! Who knows, maybe tips next time?

The positives: First, I easily made an appt with only 24…read morehours notice. Second, the price, $125, was lower than what I usually pay for my old polish to be removed, a manicure and premium pedicure, and reapplying my polish. Third, the salon was decorated nicely, didn't smell strongly of chemicals, and the temperature was acceptable. It was clean, but not unlike most nail salons, the dust is thick on surfaces and it could benefit from a deep cleaning. The negatives: I will preface this by saying I may be spoiled by my nail salon on the east side of El Paso who performs my manicure and pedicure one at the time, not simultaneously, and assigns one person to each task, not multiple people who take turns completing various steps for the manicure. I thought this was normal procedure for a mani and pedi, but this is not what I experienced at Nail Studio despite me having an appointment for both services. My pedicure would have been relaxing and enjoyable except for the multiple people performing various steps in my manicure at the same time as my pedicure that kept interrupting my relaxation to perform their tasks. While I was sitting in the pedicure chair trying to enjoy my pedicure, three different techs worked on my manicure. Making my pedicure and manicure experience even less enjoyable, instead of standing on my left side to work on my left hand and on my right side for my right hand, they asked me to contort my left arm across my body so they could reach my left hand from my right side. Having to contort my left arm across my body so the manicurist standing on my right side can perform the services is not only not relaxing, but painful. If they must perform the mani while the client is sitting in the pedi chair, my suggestion for ensuring the client's comfort is to stand on the same side of the chair as the hand they are working on. Not ironically, the manicurist even commented that I needed to relax my hand while he worked on my nails. Really? Relaxing wasn't possible. As a service provider, you need to read the client. If your client is tense while you perform their manicure, ask what you may be doing to make them tense. Just to give you an idea what my experience was like, imagine you are a professional race car who stops in the pit mid race for a tire change. 5 or 6 mechanics race to change your tires, oil, and replenish your gas so they can get you back on the track in 1 minute. That's what I felt like. Rushed. Just a body sitting there being worked on as quickly as possible. I will not get another manicure and pedicure here u less they perform them non simultaneously.

Upon leaving, I accidentally kicked my door with my toes like a dummy and smeared the polish. Swallowing my pride, I went in and asked if I could pay to have it fixed, but I was told that they would fix it for no charge. I had planned on coming back in the future, but this wonderful customer service just ensures that I will return for every future pedicure. I left very happy, and very carefully as I got into my car!

We arrived within 10 minutes of our appointment and were actually the first people in the shop, so we expected our services to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I paid for a Tier 3 pedicure that included callus removal and a hot stone treatment, yet my feet look almost exactly the same as when I walked in. When you pay for a service, you expect that service to actually be performed, and that simply didn't happen. The bigger issue was the overall organization of the salon. Despite having scheduled appointments, the staff allowed both walk-ins and appointments to fill the pedicure chairs without prioritizing the people who had booked ahead. By the time our nail services were finished, every pedicure chair was already taken. Two of us ultimately had to cancel the pedicures we had planned because we were told we would have to wait even longer--despite being the first appointment of the day. To make matters worse, staff members repeatedly stopped in the middle of our services to grab equipment or start other clients' services that they clearly didn't have the staff available to complete right away. When we left, several people were sitting in pedicure chairs with their feet in cold water waiting for someone to begin. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Appointments should mean something, and customers who plan ahead should not be pushed aside for walk-ins. I hope the salon improves its scheduling, staffing, and service quality because today's experience was very frustrating.
