If I could give this salon a zero, I would! I came here and got a fill and a pedicure and it's the worst pedicure I've ever had and the worst fill I have ever gotten.. The guy did them thick. I told him I did not want them thick I wanted them thin, nothing matched from hand to hand. Some of my nails were wide and some of them were narrow it looked like I had gone to Walmart and gotten a set of press on nails, as a matter of fact, press on nails, would've looked a lot better than what he did! I am used to having my nails look very glossy, and he only put one coat of gloss on and it wasn't even very glossy and so everything sticks to my nails and I have to keep using soap to get stuff off of my nails! My nails have lots of indentions in them as well! I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever return to get my nails done here! read more

Not a top tier nail salon. If you're looking for luxury do NOT come here. Dusty counters and dirty chairs. Also, this salon does not respect the 6ft Social Distancing. The three of us sat right next to each other instead of apart. The girl doing my pedicure spoke about me in her Vietnamese language so we could not understand and rushed through my Deluxe Pedicure. This was my only day off. I was rushed out once my service ended. My nails looked messy and still very wet. She walked away and started the next customer. read more

The bottom part of my nails are lifting and the polish on my nails have been coming up after the third day of getting me them done! I even got my friends nails done and she has a big chunk missing out the corner of her nails! I should have know the quality was going to be terrible when he tried to put the tip on and started filling them down to make the coffin nails. The nails kept popping off from the cheap glue they use! If you don't believe me look the photos! If I could give it no stars I would. Waste of money! The great thing is they all work together so if Amy is busy someone can get your nails started and if you have a desired design she will step in and do it. I have never been treated so poorly in the 27 years i've lived in el paso. I believe i was discriminated against and they took the three people who came without an appointment before me. They most likely made an assumption and i was patient and sat at a chair, no water running no attention being paid to. I sat watching them take care of other people and be rude to me for 25 minutes before i left in tears. Little did they know it was my first time out in years by myself after having a baby. Don't go here they have new owners and I assumed it would be better. However, I was wrong they told me 15 min wait I waited for 30 min. I only waited because it was late and I really needed my nails done. The lady threw my hands around then as she placed the nail I told her it's crooked she said she will fix it. Came in with 3 other women together. Horrible service. Don't mind waiting for services but when you have to wait 30 min and your feet are in cold water....not relaxing. My nail tech was rough and rude when I asked him to ease up on my cuticles. Massage sucks... he just rubbed lotion on my legs... again. Not relaxing. Definitely could be way friendlier and offer a better experience. Won't be returning and neither will the other 3 who came in with me. Don't waste your money on this establishment. This place claims to be "strictly sanitized" and not one tool they used on me was sanitized. I got a full set and a full set was all I got. He didn't touch my cuticles or manicure my nails at all just glued fakes on. It hasn't even been a week and every nail has chips in the polish already. He also missed painting the edges on two nails. Terrible job. The lady that did my acrylic manicure was rude, she did not take her time at all and she didn't even do what I asked her to. When I called they said acrylic gel was 30 dollars then they charged me 46 dollars (plus tip). Don't recommend coming here at all. read more
