We came a couple hours early for out 12:00 noon appointment, We were met by Marissa Edwards, an angel in our eyes. She made us feel like we were the only guest she's ever had. She, and her staff accommodated our every need and even some we didn't even know we needed! We had a "couples" massage by 2 fantastic masseuses, I thought I had signed up for 80 minute massages, but it turned out to be 50 minutes, when I selected a couples massage, they only do the 50 minutes, I missed that! We were still very satisfied. After the massages, we headed to the pool for lunch. Marissa had made sure we had extra care and the pool staff was amazing, food was good. The real reason I wanted to write a strong review is because Marissa Edwards went over-the-top in customer services with us. There are many other experiences we had, mostly with Marissa's doing. My daughter and I are keen on customer service, she exceeded every expectation, which is a rarity these days. Thank you Marissa for making a beautiful day so magical for my "girl" and me.

Please note that valet/self parking is complimentary! Hold onto your stub and provide at checkout and they will comp you. Aside from our massages, we only took advantage of the locker rooms and their amenities, so my review will be based on that. We each opted for a 80-min Free Flowing Massage and requested female masseuses. My masseuse, Sherry, was great! She focuses on neck, shoulder, and back which are always my target areas, but also does full body with scalp massage; exactly everything I look for in my massages. Her pressure was great and I felt her really working out all my knots. The room was clean, the music was calming, and the table was comfortable. As an FYI, they use CBD products which was perfect for me, but something to consider if it's not for you, however I'm sure they can substitute if CBD isn't for you. My husband stated he also enjoyed his massage. The locker rooms compromised of a restroom/changing rooms, lockers, eucalyptus steam room, showers, and a saltwater whirlpool. After my massage, I sat in the eucalyptus steam room for a bit before dipping my feet in the saltwater whirlpool; both were nice and relaxing. I rinsed off in the shower which were equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The lockers have a small area to get dressed with a vanity that had some toiletries, if needed. Everything was clean and it was fairly empty, which made the experience more luxurious. Overall, both my husband and I enjoyed this place and wouldn't mind coming back.

Our consult was incredibly in depth and they were able to get me on the schedule within 2 months. The surgical team took great care of me day of and provided fantastic follow up care. The medical assistants at the office were my daily point of contact ensuring that Dr. Brown and his team were reviewing my pictures and that my healing was moving along as expected. Every day I get to wake up in a body that feels like home because I trusted Dr. Brown and his team. I cannot recommend them enough.

I called around and got a few consultations, but the sales lady at Dr. Brown's office really got me. She sold me on the fact that Dr. Brown was a specialist in gyno and would be my best option. She also sold me on Dr. Brown being "so good" that he didn't need to leave tubes in me after the surgery. This is why it was botched. Other surgeons would have used drainage tubes which would have prevented this. The surgery ended up getting botched and my left nipple looks worse than before. A staph infection built up and eventually exploded outwards, ruining my nipple forever. The good: -Dr. Brown was a decently nice guy and most of his staff was cool. -When my nipple burst, they patched me up for free and quickly. -They offered to try and fix it at their cost. The bad: -They definitely could have acted quicker when the infection became obvious. They started by prescribing me the wrong antibiotics which allowed the infection to swell even more. -They tried to blame the infection on me, suggesting that I did not follow recovery guidelines after a couple of comments I made (this is bull, they were covering for themselves). -Dr. Brown kept gas lighting me on the follow up visits saying "wow, everything looks so good" and ignoring my displeasure at the results. -The NP dropped my valium on the HOSPITAL FLOOR and then MADE ME TAKE IT. Lady, for $9,000 get me another valium! Disgusting. -The emergency hotline for weekends is BS. After my nipple burst, I waited for 6 hours for a call back. Leaking puss and blood the entire time. -Dr. Brown did not shave the surgery site. I'm no surgeon, but I'm pretty sure you are suppose to do that. I'm a hairy guy. HOW WAS HE SUPPOSE TO SEE WHAT HE WAS DOING? I was shocked when I woke up and saw all of my hair was still there. Overall, I deeply regret choosing Dr. Brown as my surgeon. I should have gone with the guy who was gonna use the tubes and not listened to the sales lady. I feel just as self conscious about my body, if not more, than before. $9,000 wasted and I don't think it can be fixed.

I have been coming here for 6 years. I come every 5 - 6 weeks. In a year, that's about 9-10 times a year. My serivce went from $130 to $220, so that's around $2,000 a year I pay them. Again, I love the person who works on my hair. Out of the 6 years, I have only rescheduled my appointment 2 or 3 times. I always go. I make arrangements to get out of work to go, I cancel other plans when I get the reminder text, I GO when the appointment is. However, once I woke up with a migraine. My injection wasn't working so I went to urgent care and then to ER. My appointment was in the evening, so when I woke up with a headache, I called to reschedule. The other time a family member had a stroke and the family was all going to the hospital. BOTH times when I called to reschedule after explaining what happened, I was given a lecture about a 48 hour cancellation policy and how they were going to have to charge me since it wasn't over 48 hours. But, they were going to waive it this time. I don't have 48 hour notice when I'm going to wake up with a migraine. I don't have 48 hour notice when a family member is having a stroke or heart attack needing 5 stents. I have called within 30 hours notice, but they assured me the policy is 48 hours. I understand you're trying to keep the space filled, not pay for when a person has down time. I work for a service business, I understand when people no show or cancel. I get it. But this lecture just seems really too much especially when I am calling because something is going on. So the last time I got the lecture I just said I think I'm going to find somewhere else because god forbid there is some other last minute emergency and I have to reschedule I'm actually afraid to call, I want to avoid it because it's so unpleasant to get the stern nasty lecture from the front desk. I hate the idea of having to leave the person who does an EXCELLENT job on my hair because of this bullcrap but I guess I have to because this bullcrap feels worse. I'm really sorry that Young Attitudes decided to take this approach. It's always been such a pleasant and wonderful salon. But this makes going there feel untenable.
