It is absolutely not a Japanese head spa. The space is inside a Sola Salon, with four beds lined up right next to each other. There was no spa ambiance at all. It was cold, the blankets and towels were mismatched, and there was no spa music or calming environment. Nothing about the setup resembled a spa experience. The "halo" device that is supposed to provide continuous water flow was not functioning. It appeared to be just for show because she used a manual shower sprayer the entire time. This alone made the service feel misleading. Overall, the treatment felt like a glorified shampoo and conditioner session rather than a true scalp or head spa. The headrest was hard and uncomfortable, almost like a computer riser, and it made it difficult to relax. She claimed she had training in Japan and had been doing this for 26 years, but based on the service I received, that is extremely hard to believe. I have had authentic Japanese head spa services before, and they were exceptional. This experience did not resemble them in any way. When someone is not truthful about their training, it makes you question everything else. My scalp did not feel clean or rejuvenated afterward. My hair was soft, but that was likely because she used an excessive amount of conditioner. At one point, she even showed me a photo of her mother's receding hairline to warn me about using products with alcohol. Using her own mother as an example felt inappropriate and unprofessional. The service was overpriced for the quality and experience provided. The website and marketing do not match the reality of what you receive. The ambiance was lacking, the setup felt unprofessional, and the entire experience was uncomfortable. To top it off, the "halo" was not functioning at all and was essentially a prop. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but people deserve accurate information before booking. I hope this helps others avoid the same experience. Overall, this was not a Japanese head spa, not even a head spa in general. I highly do not recommend this place.

The tip is provide a full service and don't try to cut time or not complete a full body massage just because your customer is sleeping. They have two different areas separated by men and women with a common area that we both share while wearing their provided uniform. They have a privates wet area that is separated by women and men. That's the area where you can shower and enjoy the Jacuzzi or the cold Plunge pool while being completely naked and getting the body scrubs. In the common area, they have a lounge where it's dimly lit calm and peaceful and you can just chill on the sofas. They also have 3 different saunas in the common area. They have light snacks, candy, water, and tea available. But would love to see more fresh fruits. Even though they share a large parking lot with the other businesses around them, it's very hard to find close parking nearby since they only have a few in front of their facility. Highly recommend getting there at least 30 minutes to an hour prior to your massage or body scrub time so that you can enjoy the wet area with the sauna and the Jacuzzis prior to getting your body scrub. After reading reviews I decided to go with Cindy, and she was AMAZING! Super friendly, professional, and informative. Instead of just showing her a photo and saying "DO THAT," she spent 15-20 minutes analyzing my lips with me and discussed the way the muscles effect the shape. Based on what I ultimately wanted (more volume but still "natural" looking), she was able to pinpoint the perfect areas to inject. She also noticed the way my lips pulled in when I talked due to a muscle in my upper lip so she gave me a little lip flip botox (for a very reasonable price) and I LOVE it. There wasn't any pressure to add it on, but she said it's something I may want to consider for the future, and I considered very fast lol. They're still settling after a week, but so far I'm in love and Cindy will definitely be my new injector since I totally trust her judgement!
