The rooms are softly lit, the ambient music puts you at ease and then you start your massage with the best people. They are so so friendly and focus exactly where you want them to. Legit favorite part is when you're on your back and they do your neck and rub your head, ASLEEP. They work out the kinks, the knots, and answer your questions if you ask.
