I asked for a refund and they would not give it so I had to trust my hands in one of the women that work there, and she did improve them, but they still are not totally up to par. I will never go there again, nor would I recommend anyone else going there. When you're spending that much money to have your nails and your toes done, it should be worth it not a total nightmare.
