They offered hot tea, water bottles, nut/berry mix and apples. When it was time for our facials we went upstairs to the lounge. The massage therapist came out to get us. I had Lynda for the signature rock spa facial and she was amazing, very relaxing. After the facial we used the showers. They offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as hair dryers, hair gel & hair spray. As we were leaving, they gave us a glass of champagne. Overall the facility was very clean. I ask again "okay.. prices?" And she gives me attitude stating "depends on what you want with massages starting at $190 I don't know what you want" yes... you don't know what I want because you asked absolutely no probing questions to get to what I am looking for. Why would I book a couples massage and not know what the price is and then get there for the massage to find out it's outside of my price range. I'm sure this facility and the massages are great but I live well over 2 and a half hours away, I am going for my girlfriends celebration, so to immediately be given attitude before the trip has even started yet is a huge turn off.
