    Beautiful manicure by Dan

Dan always does a beautiful manicure for me. Kelly keeps my feet looking pretty. They always make me feel pampered and special.

Mani (sorry for the ugly color thats my bad )

Awful Customer Service!!! I'm not against staff conversing amongst themselves but these ladies were basically screaming and only half paying attention to the person in front of them. Mai did my nails and she was the worst out of all of them. She didn't even put a top coat on one of my hands! The first star I gave was solely for the cleanliness and ambiance of the inside, it's a nice salon. The second star for the lady that did my pedi, while she was on the phone, she was very sweet and gentle. Out of all of them she was the only one interested in her job. Other than those two things, there's nothing good about this place

    Crooked and misshaped!!!

Omg this is the worst nail salon! The use materials that have already been previously used on other people. The person that did my nails seemed like she had no idea what she was doing! I have acrylic clumps under my nails and overlapping my skin. And on top of that it has only been three days and two nails have already popped off. I will never step foot in this place again. Rude service and unwillingness to fix mistakes without attitude. Not worth the time or frustration!

    Terrible nails.

Terrible service, and even worse owner…read more Was gifted a "full service" for my spouse and I. Coordinated every detail with the owner Jenna. Not only did she backtrack, she is now calling me a liar for leaving a review on her page. Threatening to sue me for leaving a real review. Save your money, this business is horrible. This is how they treat clients, my MIL was gifting us this as an anniversary gift, since my husband just returned from Afghanistan. Jenna and her front desk attendant was very rude, and dishonest. I have all the messages to prove this.

I don't think I can live without my monthly (or more often sometimes) massages!…read more I was having major back problems when I first met my therapist. I had taken pain meds, been to a chiropractor, etc. It was also giving me migraines. She got me in, even though she was really supposed to be done for the day, just because she didn't want me to continue to be in pain. She worked on my back for a while and couldn't find anything. Then she had me turn over and found a muscle on my lower rib that was referring the pain. It made no sense to me but she was completely right and fixed it immediately. Since that time she has fixed shoulder pain and helped me rehab through frozen shoulder. I commute a long way and she had helped with sciatica caused by driving so much. She also does a great job on my neck and lower skull that is helping with migraines. The most important thing is that she listens carefully when you tell her what you like, what you don't, and what's going on with your body. She can teach you stretches and help you break bad habits. She is really good at helping you improve things yourself to try to prevent that pain in the future. I honestly consider this a medical treatment at this point because it had made me not need pain meds anymore and not miss as much work with headaches. UPDATE: it took me a whole year to work up the courage to try the float pod. My son did it and loved it, but I was still nervous!! It definitely helped that they explained it all to me before hand. It's very simple, but it was still reassuring to hear how to work the lights, music, etc. They have "pool noodle" type floats and headrests if you want them. I used the headrest at first but then decided I didn't need it. They also have earplugs if you don't want water in your ears. And a hair dryer for after you shower if you want it! It was NOTHING like I expected. I thought it would be like floating in a pool, because I thought your body was relaxed when you do that. Nope! You literally do NO work in the float pod. The salt content lifts you up! It really does feel like you're kind of suspended in mid-air. I couldn't imagine what I would think about the whole time, but it didn't matter because I fell asleep within minutes. I would wake up periodically and just notice how relaxed I felt and then go back to sleep. I wish I could explain better. I don't like to sleep during massages because I don't want to "miss" it. But this was different. It was a very restful and relaxing hour! I expected to be groggy when I got out, but I wasn't. I felt great, even though I had been asleep. I felt perfectly awake right away. My joints felt a lot of relief from pain I've had recently. I thought the room would be cold when I got out but it wasn't. There was never any cold from the pod, to the shower, to the room itself. It was all very comfortable. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided, along with really nice fluffy towels and washcloths. (They smell good too! I need to see what kind of detergent they use!) If you are claustrophobic I don't think it will be a problem. It wasn't for me-- my son gave a very good analogy. It is the equivalent of being in the back of a minivan with all the seats taken out. When you sit on the floor, you don't feel claustrophobic because there is so much space around you. The float pod is about that same size. (Haven't measured--just guessing) I wish I hadn't waited so long to try it. I will definitely do it on a regular basis now!!

On May 22, I had an appointment for highlights, a shampoo, cut, and style. During the consultation, we reviewed inspiration photos and discussed the look I wanted. We agreed on adding noticeable dimension and brightness to my hair, and I was told the photo I provided was achievable. Unfortunately, the final result looked nothing like what we had discussed. There was little to no visible change, and we actually had to walk around the salon and look at my hair in different lighting so I could try to see the highlights that had been done. I left confused and disappointed, especially considering I paid $437.48 for the appointment. When I expressed concerns before leaving, I was told to "sleep on it" and that if I was still unhappy, they could try to squeeze me in later in the week for a correction appointment. The problem was that this appointment was for my graduation photos. I had already taken time off work, spent several hours in the salon, and had photos scheduled. Waiting several more days and hoping another appointment would fix the issue was not a realistic option. I also had no existing color on my hair before this appointment, as the last color service I received was from the same stylist in February 2025. After multiple appointments over the years where I left unhappy with the results, I did not feel comfortable returning and hoping for a different outcome, especially with such an important event approaching. What made the situation significantly worse was what I discovered after the appointment. Once I got home and styled my hair myself, I realized the haircut was uneven and appeared broken into sections in multiple areas. With my photos quickly approaching, I had no choice but to seek corrective services elsewhere. The stylist who corrected my hair had to cut several inches off to make it look even and healthy again. I was honestly in tears. What was supposed to be an exciting appointment before an important milestone became stressful and upsetting. Not only was I unhappy with the original service, but I also had to spend additional money to fix it. The stylist who corrected my hair also strongly recommended that I seek a refund. I attempted to handle everything privately before ever considering a review. I emailed the salon, explained my concerns, provided photos, and requested a resolution. After waiting more than a week for a response, I received a partial refund. However, the refund did not even amount to half of what I paid for the appointment and did not account for the additional money I spent correcting the issues elsewhere. I followed up and explained why I did not feel comfortable returning for a correction and that the haircut required professional corrective work. In response, I was eventually sent a copy of the consultation disclaimer that clients are required to sign when booking appointments. There was no explanation, no response to the concerns I raised, and no return phone call. When I replied explaining that the disclaimer did not address any of the issues I had experienced, I never received another response. At no point did I feel that my concerns were genuinely addressed. Instead, I felt dismissed. I understand that mistakes happen and that not every hair appointment goes perfectly. What ultimately led me to write this review was not just the outcome of the appointment, but how the situation was handled afterward. As a longtime client who had referred multiple friends and family members to the salon, I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and can no longer recommend this salon. I wanted very much to resolve this privately and continue supporting a business I had trusted for years, but that was not the outcome. I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision.
