I have extremely thin & fine hair that shows even the smallest cutting or coloring mistake, but there were none. 2. She took the time to find out what I really wanted and made sure I understood what choices were made. 2. For the first time, in many years, I walked out of the salon loving my hair and feeling pretty. 3. She's great with bangs and did them perfect, which hasn't occurred in the last ten years. 4. I signed in, she showed me how to properly get onto the massage chair. It's a quality and sturdy piece of equipment - which was nice. Doesn't rock too much and I felt very secure. After she made sure I was ergonomically correct and comfortable she started the massage. She also asked if there were any areas I would like her to focus on, I pointed out specific parts of my back that were in pain. She made sure to hit them all up and incorporated them into her overall standard regiment. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience to say the least. Heather was very friendly, professional, and personable. She's easy to talk to, competent, and also very sharp and intelligent. She massaged up and down the spine, over the shoulders, the neck, the arms, and finished off with the hands and fingers. Even though we got caught up in good conversation she kept a consistent pace and remained focused to ensure it was a quality massage. Next thing I knew we were finished and she was about ready to close shop - that was the only downer - all good things must come to an end. I think next time I'll definitely add in an extra session because 15 minutes of Heather's therapy just wasn't enough. It was a potent experience that got me re-energized and it definitely helped make this a relaxing lunch, I felt much better.
