And this spa is really the most beautiful. What also sets this spa apart are the owners. Connie and Christian are so kind and such a pleasure to get to know. I have received excellent massages here. They're skills are top notch. It is easy to book here because they have an online system. Calling is also super easy as well. Today I got a Brazilian blowout and it was amazing! Their hair and nail services are awesome. They have television on across the hair and nail side so that was really nice as well. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of their services. This was mine and my husbands second time coming in for a couples massage. The first time we did the 30 minute sauna and 1 1/2 massage. It was amazing. They provided good customer service. They treat you like they have known you for years. Today we went in only for an hour massage and nothing but the best. We already know we will be going back. The couples massage was wonderful. I brought a friend here from out of town for her birthday and she said that she would have rather the therapist not talk so much during the beginning of the massage, but the experience was by far the best she has had. To explain just how awesome it was: She broke her back in a few places and has had chronic pain for the last 15 years. She actually fell asleep during the massage and had no pain when we went for a hike the next morning. The staff have always been very genuine and the atmosphere makes you feel more at home rather than some massage mill set up to turn a profit. It seems that the few bad reviews were due to poor communication rather than poor services. As I'm writing this, I see a response from Ericka B about bopping their head and clapping... Don't even worry about it, Connie. There will always be emotionally immature people set on bringing others down. Maybe she needs a hug...or a puppy...or a massage! ;) I mean, just look at all the hateful comments Kelly Clarkson received about her gaining weight post-baby. I've had several massages at several locations. Most of the time you walk out happy and you don't think beyond that. Typically, we write reviews when we feel we have gotten bad service. Not today. Let me tell you about this place. First off, I was warmly greeted by a real Frenchman, so the name of the place is genuine..... and he was very pleasant. He offered me some wine. At first, I thought this was going to be an up-charge but it was completely complimentary had a glass of wine and followed the female masseuse into the massage room. The place is immaculate and smells great. Artwork and memorabilia from Paris. Awesome massage table. Great ambiance, lighting and sounds. The massage was, well, the best one I have ever had. Period. The hot towel pat-down toward the end was a first, no spa has ever done that! I have to laugh. I rarely write these things. Had an Amazing Experience from start to finish. It was like being transported to Paris.. it's beautiful, inviting, and clean. The glass of wine was a special added touch and the state of the art equipment is impressive. Following my posted review, the proprietor contacted me, and she (Ms. Cooper) stated that because the $175 Mother's Day (2019) package was discounted from -- what I assume was -- the regular $220 price, she would honor the original deal if we pay the difference ($45). The owners and some of the aestheticians are actually French, so the name of the place doesn't seem nearly as campy. Have been going here for a long time for massages and facials. Just get busy and forget to do reviews. This place is amazing! Anna does my facials and she is very meticulous, professional and goes above and beyond explaining about my skin, products I could use and how to care for my face. Her facials are wonderful and she is wonderful at waxing as well! Connie does my massages and does a fantastic job! She really applies pressure to massage all my sore muscles or just to help me relax. I often feel like spas rush people through trying to squeeze in every last person possible, and you never get your full 60 minutes but not here. We came to Spa De Paris today and had an awesome experience! It was my friends birthday so I am visiting from Virginia and she had never had a massage before today. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Christian and offered a drink. There were pretzels to munch on and I had a glass of sweet wine. After our paperwork was filled out, we were showed the entire spa which was so clean and nice. Everyone was so hospitable and made us feel comfortable. Hot towels were included in our couples massage room and they used essential oils which were the greatest! Every detail of our massages were perfect! I had Connie and my friend had another lady (can't remember her name) but we were both so impressed! I never felt uncomfortable like I have getting other massages and we felt 10lbs. Lighter after we were finished! They offer a military discount and a first time visit discount. Prices are very reasonable. Wish I lived closer to come back again and again.
