Less than 4 hours later the top layer of my gel nails peeled off and 2 of my nails' gel came completely off. I called the next day and told Rachel what happened and she told me to come in so she could fix it but I couldn't come right away and she was booked, so I had to celebrate my birthday with incomplete polish on my nails. I haven't heard back from her and this was just on Friday (2/07). There was a language barrier, but I managed to get scheduled for a 10:30 am appt. I also asked how much the massage would be, and the lady said it was $110 total. When we got there we were brought in to the couples massage room and the lady said we had to pay upfront, which is an unusual practice in my book, but whatever, we paid. However, the total was $125. Even if tax was included to the $110 she mentioned an hour earlier on the phone, it still wouldn't equal to $125. So that was odd, I wonder how she got to that total. The massage was okay. Pressure was inconsistent, she would be soft in some areas and painful in others. My hubby said his massage was not bad. Also, they only gave us a 50 minute massage instead of 60. So I was kinda peeved that she charged extra than what she mentioned over the phone and that we were short changed 10 minutes. We won't be back. When I got there, I asked for a deep tissue full body massage.. I didn't get full body. The guy that was assigned to me. Did my upper back for 90 minutes straight and I'm guessing he forgot that I had asked for a full body? Because he did a half ass job on my legs and arms, he even picked my legs up and dropped it a couple of times like that was gonna do anything. Not to mention my arms weren't barely touched. And he used very little lotion and oil. I still tipped because I was super late from the time I called and told them I'd be by but the experience was still underwhelming. If I even go back I am gonna ask for someone else because I think it was also awkward that they would pair me with a male masseuse (and I am a woman)
