If you see the nurse practitioner then you will have to be scheduled with the nurse practitioner for all future appointments. Then I said "that's not what I want. Why won't you honor my request,?," and she replied "well because it's our policy."Those were the exact words to which I replied "well then I guess I'll have to choose another doctor because if you can't honor my request then you don't need my service. I'm paying enough money to see a specialist so that I can't see the Dr. I want. No thank you." Yes sir, horrible service if you ask me. When you pay top dollar and can't even be seen by the doctor you were referred to, then they are not worthy of my business.
