They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. All other nail salons I've been to have always used a plastic covering for the foot bath. The gentleman who did my pedicure (who's name has escaped me at the moment, my apologies.) cut my toenails TOO short and rounded them out too much, I asked for a squared clip with the edges filed down a bit so it wouldn't be sharp. It caused me to get a further ingrown toenail that I had asked him to remove, but he didn't really seem to know how. it's now infected and in mighty pain and I have to wait for the toenail to grow out a bit before I can do anything about it. I wouldn't really recommend this place sadly, It seemed promising when I walked in, but the price was too high for the quality of service I received. I entered, did the normal check in and then was asked to wash my hands before picking out my polish color. Sitting down, it looked like every other seat was available for use so there was plenty of spacing. When I was looking around, I also noticed each station had sanitizing wipes. Every nail technician was wearing a mask and unless someone was drinking every customer was also (I'm not sure if they require customers to wear a mask). Wendy was the person who did my pedicure ($40 for a base pedi) and she spent so much time making such my toes looked great. She was very good about asking to make sure I had the chair set the way I wanted, did I want a little more wine while I was letting my nails dry and never rushing me. I'm fairly certain I've had her before and will request her again. Their service and the quality of salon lives up to my previous review. I'm happy with how they've adapted during this time and I'll be making another appointment for a pedicure soon!
