My neck actually did hurt afterwards since the face pillow was up too high and was pushing my neck back. The location is clean and cool, nice music playing. The ladies were very nice, but it just wasn't a great massage, even for $35. I recommend going down to 5th Ave where they are cheaper (and better) in my opinion. Possibly it would be better if you pay more and get more pressure.
