Overall, the spa experience was OK. Going through the different saunas are nice definitely relaxing. The prices aren't bad. The little takeout food place they have in there, The prices are pretty high for that.

My friend and I had a 1:15pm scheduled hydrating facial and we got in at 1pm for our scheduled service. The front desk asked if we were here for the day and we told her we were only here for the facial. She didn't say much and gave us our wristbands and had us wait for the estheticians. My esthetician, Stephanie, was kind and knowledgeable. She talked through what she was going to do. I enjoyed the hydrating facial from her, but my skin has been very irritated since the facial. I've been experiencing redness and extra dryness/flaky skin. I informed Stephanie of my sensitive/dry skin prior to the facial, so I'm a little disappointed that my skin is like this now. Afterwards, my friend and I were thinking of what to do for lunch and I realized there was a restaurant inside the spa as we were about to leave. We asked the front desk about it and she said the menu was in the back and said we can go back and look, and to use our wristband for purchase and we'll pay for everything when we check out. We enjoyed lunch and as we were checking out, they added the $90 admission fee to our tab. We explained that we weren't here for the day and just the service. The front desk made an accusation saying we've been here since 1pm! We reiterated that our service was at 1:15pm and we had lunch afterwards. Definitely check your receipt and make sure they don't overcharge you if you didn't sign up for the day pass. Overall, this spa is quite pricey compared to other places. You can probably go to other places for a cheaper price for either the same or a better experience.

It's nice. A good place to go for a girls day out. The food was a 9/10, not as authentic as I'd like, but still really good. The saunas are great when it's not packed and that's usually on a weekday or the evenings. I prefer the old robes with the waffle texture. They weren't as stiff and were a lot roomier. The new ones plus size friendly at all. If you're above a 1x, you may need to bring your own. Hopefully, one opens up in Mass at some point.

I enjoyed my visit to Spa Light but for an expensive experience I thought everything was just alright. I really enjoyed the four different coed saunas that had unique and pretty aesthetics - I liked that they all had different stones, heats, and intentions for use. I followed the progression as advised (Himalayan salt, jade, charcoal, cool) and got a good sweat, felt very relaxed afterwards. After using the saunas we made our way to the massage chairs that were pretty standard, although I do wish there was a bit more effort into the chair room to make it a relaxing environment (just a dark room with 4 chairs). They also had a bathing house separate for men and women that consist of two hot tubs and one cold. I thought the hot tubs could have been way hotter. There is also a dining area that has lots of yummy korean food options (a bit pricey) and fun drinks. I had the kimbap which was good. Overall I think the saunas are the highlight if you are to do a day pass.

I went to this day spa for my 32nd birthday as a self treat! It was really nicely set up and very spacious. They have many services from facials-couples massages; they also have a few packages you could choose from (best to call for accurate info). I bought the $90 admission day pass which gets you quite the variety of fun. You get to explore 3 diff types of pools (cold plunge & 2 diff hot tubs), a steam room (my personal fav), 4 saunas (jade room, cold sauna, dry sauna, Himalayan salt room), massage chairs and a delicious restaurant inside called "hana" serving korean food. Their dumpling ramen was delish!! They provide a robe, towels and slippers for you to use throughout the day. The only negative comment I have to say is that their maximum capacity is too high (70 people). It's a spa, and even on the weekend or holiday weekend it should be a QUIET & enjoyable experience. For that I have to take offf 2 stars because it was just too busy. Highly recommend you do not go on a weekend.

Truly a relaxing day at the Korean style spa~ admission Greg's you access to the different temperature pools, sauna room, and hot rooms! I got an Essential massage and I'm now a relaxed glob of a human~ Food was also great. Fried rice hit the spa after hours at the pools area. The tteokbokki warmed us up~ staff were helpful explaining all benefits of admission and ever provided my mother and I massage slots at the same time so we can continue to enjoy the relaxing day together ~ I am going again!

Spa Light is the spa located inside Bally's. They are located near the main entrance, with a set of doors right at the entrance. As you enter, you are asked to take off your shoes. No shoes allowed. They supply you with some white soft slippers that eventually you get to keep. We started in the locker room. We were given a key and a locker s well as a white robe. We started in the water area- 3 hot tubs (all different temps and with cascading water or a deep step) and a cold tub for a quick walk through. Showers as well. After exiting the water area, we walked through the little restaurant who looked to be offering smoothies and asian food. We then got to choose between two different temperature saunas (one was hell), a cold room and a Himalayan salt room. The cold room was my favorite! The floor felt so nice under my bare feet and cold on my shoulders. There were also heat beds and a room with massage chairs that were antigravity. I did really enjoy the massage chairs as well. I hit a bunch of buttons and it took me on a relaxing journey. Plus it was times, so all my friends journey ended at the same time. This was my first experience at a place like this. It was great for girl time (although I think we were supposed to be quiet in the water area.) VERY clean. Very relaxing. Pro tips: 1. This is a first come first serve type of place. If it's busy- you will have to wait. 2. Clothing optional in the water areas 3. You can buy a day pass and utilize all these services (the restaurant is extra.) The day pass during the week is less expensive and sometimes they run deals on the pass. 4. Make it a day/night. We did girls night. It was a Friday night and we were able to get right in. Then we had dinner at Longo's.

My overall experience at SpaLight was satisfactory. The mid-week pricing of $60 proved to be a worthwhile investment. The facility offered two hot pools, a cold pool, and a steam room, all segregated by gender. While in the pool room, we encountered an issue with the non-functioning steam room. The staff at Spalight demonstrated a commendable commitment to resolving the problem promptly and successfully managed to restore functionality to the steam room. I sincerely appreciate their exceptional dedication in ensuring that we had the opportunity to enjoy the steam room experience. The communal area provided additional amenities, including food options, comfortable heated chairs, a cold dry room, a jade sauna, a hot sauna, and a Himalayan salt room. The facility maintained a clean and comfortable environment, and the staff displayed a friendly demeanor. While the facility was generally well-equipped, it would have been preferable to have a few more amenities available, such as fruit-infused water, sandals (customers are required to bring their own or you can purchase at the cost of $7), and swimsuit dryers. I am rating Spalight a 4 out of 5, I found the additional services provided such as exfoliating scrubs, massages and etc to be excessively priced.

A family friend invited me to Zen out with her and my Mom at the Salt Cave and I was so excited! First of all I knew I needed to relax and I knew the private session for us would be what we all needed to heal so much we're all dealing with. Once I entered Casey greeted us kindly. Such a warm bright smile. I love walking in here the aura is so Zen and the vibes are just perfect. They have stuff all around you can buy- stones, salt items, shirts, jewelry. There was just so much to look at. To the Cave! Casey made sure we got into our zero gravity chairs easily as they can be tricky. But once settled in the cave with our blanket (they provide) and all set in the chairs seated back and relaxed it was time for Zen. My mom and our family friend were immediately relaxed it did take me some time as I have a lot going on in my mind. But the cave does a short guided meditation and then the rest was just relaxing sounds. I can't explain the calmness this cave brings. It like forces you to relax. Your mind and body are like being forced to let go of all the pain and hurt. It's so hard to explain you just have to try it for yourself. The salt cave you must wear white or light colored socks. They have cubbies for your shoes in the back. The rocks do hurt your feet but once you're in your seat you're perfectly fine. The sessions are also private. So whether it's 1 person for I think 8 max it's private for you and your group which I love.I also found out they do massages in there as well per request, and yoga! I'm for sure going to do a massage in there! I love it and I'll be back a few more times before I move.

It took a while to really get into the guided imagery/zero gravity chair and become zen but I eventually got there! Walked out of there feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. Hung out in the rest/beverage and snack lounge for a while. Loved the games, books, oracle cards and tarot decks. Will absolutely be back again. I needed some peace in my life and Saltitude absolutely provided this. So greatful to my friend for this gift!

Parking in on street, I don't believe you have to pay though. Staff is super nice and welcoming, gave us the run down, provided us with a sandals and a robe. The robe are pretty size inclusive, I only had a little gap, and I'm a 3x. You get a locker and they even have a bathing suit dryer when you're done (pictured) That said, it's a smaller space than the Newport location inside, where the actual pools/saunas are. However, you can still get in and out of the pools with ease because of the railings. There is maybe enough space for two in the plunge pool. Staff came through with some cool eucalyptus towelettes and there is free flavored or non flavored water to drink. The cons for me would be the parking, and the over booking, people were struggling to find places for their robes and cups. Otherwise, this is a great experience for your body and peace of mind, would recommend.

I called to confirm the day prior and I actually remember that I had a gift card so I gave her the gift card number and I confirmed with the woman that answered the phone and said after the gift card applies please use the card on file. I don't want my husband to pay for the massage as it's his birthday. He will tip in cash. The woman confirmed and she's said absolutely no problem. She was very nice. My husband went and got the massage. The cost of a massage was $160. He said the spa itself was nice. The massage was mediocre, nothing to really like rave home about. He was looking forward to this massage and to be relaxed and wasn't really dissatisfied, but wasn't satisfied. Then he goes to check out and the woman tells him it's $60 when I specifically told them to use the card on file. So my husband is not a confrontational person so of course he paid it and then paid the tip and then of course my husband gets home and won't take money from me so he literally paid for his own massage for his birthday. Just simple directions they could've followed personally I won't rebook.

The place is small and you are asked to take your shoes off upon entering, but that means you were right in the doorway while trying to get your shoes off and balance putting on slippers that they leave at the door. There's only two seats in the waiting area. There was no tea or anything else out like I have seen in other pictures but I was offered a water. Elana was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. A couple of issues was that the treatment rooms are extremely small is very little room to maneuver. Also, they must have had satellite radio on so the radio station kept going in and out which made for very awkward moments of complete silence in the room and during that time, you could hear other patrons talking, music from the Pilates, studio next-door, and traffic on the road. After about 10 minutes, she did ask if I wanted her to go get her phone so she could put on music in which I said yes-it was very hard to concentrate every time the music went off. I thought $140 for a 90 minute massage was an excellent price and she was great, but I'm not sure if I would return due to them having no amenities and the outside noise issues.
