I love getting my Hydrafacials here! I've done the 50min and the 80min with Andrea and Luna. They're both wonderful. I'd say the 50 minute session is plenty but if you're looking for a bunch of add-ons and a truly pampering experience, the 80 minute is fun. My skin always feels so refreshed when I leave. Spa Luxe is clean and the ambience is unmatched - their waiting room has lots of seating, they have fruit-infused water, hot tea, nuts, and a sauna ! You just don't find that everywhere. I'd love to see some sort of membership program in the future. read more

No detail goes unnoticed here. I've visited many a spa, and there are very few that I would rank this highly for the facilities, service, and all the little extra touches. I arrived an hour early for my massage and facial appointment (found a phenomenal Groupon deal around the holidays -- I'm shocked at what a steal it turned out to be). That gave me plenty of time to slip into a cozy robe and slippers, sip on a mimosa and enjoy some time in the dry sauna. It was a very cold January day, so this was extra special. Then I headed to the relaxation room for a variety of complimentary trail mixes and fruit infused water. Staff checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything. My massage with Peyton and facial with Andrea were incredible. You know you're at a nice place when they wrap your feet with hot towels, but here they used pouches of warm moisturizing gel that stayed warm (I received a foot treatment with my massage and hand treatment with my facial). They use Naturopathica products that smell delicious, from the lush lavender essential oil to begin each treatment to a pumpkin enzyme face mask. All of the small details are looked after, from hair heat styling tools and mouthwash in the women's locker room, a lovely tea selection served with a packet of honey pearls for sweetness, staff regularly picking up and polishing the locker room and common areas, door click quieting mechanisms (not sure what they're called, but so appreciated). Full price services are a splurge, but I will be asking for some for upcoming birthdays and holidays. read more

For me, the Spa Luxe experience begins when I walk in the door. It's relaxing upon entry and the decor is beautiful. Additionally, having access to a sauna before and/or after my massage is truly wonderful. In the waiting area the relaxed energy is also perfect. Finally, my massage therapist, Peyton, is amazing. She is mindful of sensitive areas on my body, uses consistent pressure, and is knowledgeable about things that can help what is ailing me. I WAS a regular customer and booked a mani/pedi every month like clock work But I will not EVER return To Spa Luxe. While I totally understand having a cancellation policy, there should be some exceptions if a consistently regular customer becomes sick and has to cancel at the last minute. I rebooked my service immediately for the second day after and was still charged $100! Would have gone the next day but my technician who I love was booked. I really liked going to this Spa, but they do not make any exceptions for unexpected illnesses or emergencies. I would not book a service at Spa Luxe unless you are absolutely sure you will make it to the appointment. And, they do not value regular customers. So disappointed! read more

My daughter, Mother and I all went at different times and had the same first experience. Very bad. We are most sorely disappointed in the reception staff and generally had a good experience with service staff. Having never been there before, especially the front reception staff knowing their waiting room is a frigid icebox should always inform early clients to sit in the sauna if they have a long wait. They left my mom sitting in the cold room without a blanket or robe on, as they hadn't recommend she change prior to the massage. She took her clothes off in the massage room instead. While the massage was good she said, since they didn't hot towel the oil off for her as normal spa service would have, she was left doing it herself so she could put her clothes on. Why the staff didn't warn her or the masseuse didn't wipe her off or bring her a robe to recommend a shower, I do not know. My daughter and I had facials at the same time - I had a wonderful neck, shoulder, and hand massage while facial products were soaking in by Luna, her lady simply patted her face. We spent over $500 for facials combined. We also were not recommend to change in a heavy robe - we too sat in a cold room with summer clothes on in their "meditation" room, if you can call it that. You'd have to be a monk and WILL your body to generate a firery inner heat to bear the cold. We should have had a wonderful experience at a "Spa" that costs so much. Instead of putting a yelp review right away as I know that bad reviews can be damaging, I spent the time to nicely explain to the reception staff how they could improve the experience for new clients. Instead, they said "we know the room is cold- but can't balance the cold air into the service rooms or they would be too cold. They told us they would communicate our concern to the general management - instead of a call or discounted next visit, we just got a card that said, "we hope you enjoyed your visit! Come again soon! ". Please in the future, acknowledge a mistake so your clients feel "heard". As of now, we will not be visiting again. If a manager contacts me to say they fixed their AC balance and trained their front service people better, I will take my post down. read more

I have been to many different spas but I would not be returning to this one again. The worst massage I've gotten so far. The masseuse did not even touch my scalp during the scalp massage and barely applied any pressure despite me having requested a deep pressure massage. I went yesterday hoping for a relaxing pedicure named Mindful. The staff was great but in my opinion the owner is doing a disservice to them and to nail clients. The pedi chairs were the worst ever experienced....I never got to relax as I had to sit on the seat edge ( for an hour) so my legs would reach for the polishing foot rest. I learned you have to sit in those same chairs to get a manicure! Seriously? Do you put your feet in the pedi tub? Strange Front desk immediately gave me a 15% discount w/o my asking. Thank you! I would hope the owner takes note and makes positive changes in this department. If you do.... I will give you a second try. Call me because I will not be calling you. read more

I am extremely picky about where I'll go for pedicures and massages. Yes, I'm a bit of a spa snob and, if I recommend a place, you can be assured that it is beautiful, peaceful, and staffed with excellent employees. I've been a regular customer at Spa Luxe for many months now, and I've never been disappointed with any of my services. Kim is my massage therapist and she's one of the best that I've ever had. My favorite service is the CBD massage with hot stones added. Trust me, if you're stressed out and want to fall into a coma on the massage table, this is the service you want. Kim is also excellent at remembering how much pressure I like and what parts of my body are more sensitive than others. She's a wonderful massage therapist and, while I'm sure the other therapists are also awesome, I stick with Kim even if it means waiting another week or two since she books up rather quickly. Daisy is my gal for pedicures. I see her every four weeks and she makes sure my feet are presentable and sandal-ready. I always get the 80 minute luxe pedicure since self-care is something to always splurge on if you can. Thanks to Daisy, my toes are pretty, my heels are soft, and I always leave blissed out from her massages. The staff at the front desk are also amazing. Kasey is there most days I am, and she's always friendly and welcoming. I sometimes feel like I'm Norm from "Cheers" when I walk in, because Kasey and almost everyone else there now knows my name. Lol! From the moment I walk in the door, I'm treated wonderfully and I always look forward to my spa days. The facility itself is very pretty, and I look forward to the day when COVID rules relax and I can enjoy all of their amenities. Until then, I'll just find relaxation in their meditation room while wearing one of their incredibly soft robes and drinking champagne or sometimes some hot tea. read more

My husband and I did their Luxe Couples massage for 80 minutes. It was fantastic. The environment is very clean and intimate. Products used are great with aromatherapy benefits. At the end we were treated with chocolate covered strawberries in our private suite and champagne. My hubs couldn't get over the bathrobes they use . We will absolutely be back. UPDATE: The spa director reached out to me to apologize for the way things were handled and gave me a credit for my ruined pedicure. She also offered a polish change if it would fit my schedule next week. I appreciate the prompt follow up and hope to have many more excellent visits at Spa Luxe in the future. ORIGINAL POST: I am a regular customer who normally enjoys my visits here - but today was not good. I checked in 20 minutes before my appointment and went to the lounge. Apparently the front desk forgot I was there until I went back to the front desk a few minutes after my appointment start time. My pedicure was fine however the polish is supposed to be dry in 5 minutes. Between the time the tech had me put on my sandals to the time I paid and walked next door to a restaurant (5 minutes?) the polish on one of my big toes had 2 major flaws where the polish was noticibly marred. I went back to Spa Luxe and asked if they could touch up the spots so it wouldn't be noticeable and they refused. I told them I would be next door for a few hours and could pop back in when the tech had a break and was told the tech would have no breaks the rest of the day. I did not ask for it to be redone, I just wanted a touch up so the color would match however I was told the best they could do was for me to make an appointment for next week. It was very frustrating and not very good customer service. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. read more
