I found this place on Yelp. My daughter has a place in Georgia that I thought this was going to be…read morelike. I called a few days ahead to book. They didn't ask what I wanted or even my name. Maybe they have caller id? I was the first appointment and arrived early. I waited a few minutes before being greeted which was fine because I was early. Grace took me back to a room. I was doing a back and foot massage combo. I had to let her know before we started, because she didn't ask me. At the place in Georgia, you stay in a chair for foot massage and then recline for back massage. And you keep clothes on. I've had many massages in my life. This one threw me a little bit. Grace shows me to room, I get undressed as usual with a Normal body massage. I lay under the sheet faced down per her request. The sheet was thin and I moved the foot pillow but was able to get settled. Grace entered and said oh my! I didn't know what to think, she readjusted pillow and sheets. That was weird and awkward at first. The massage was epic and crazy pressure which I love. When she moved on to back my underwear went lower than I am use to. TMI I know but wanted to be sure to educate others that come here after. I am sure you could adjust if you wanted. At first, I was taken aback. If you could have filmed my face lol. Anyway, once I let that go, the massage was the best I have ever had. So get past being uncomfortable to enjoy the massage of a lifetime. There also may be some language challenges but a massage is a universal language. The technique used may not be for all, the pressure is pretty strong, that's what I prefer. Note that if you use Groupon, they only allow early morning appointments, so we booked the first available slot at 9 a.m. When we arrived, no one greeted us. The receptionist stayed on the phone for several minutes before checking us in and showing us to the massage room. During the massage, her iphone kept ringing very loudly, and she repeatedly would stop massaging to answer calls in the room, speaking loudly to other customers. This completely ruined the relaxing environment. Both masseuses also talked to each other throughout the session, making it even harder to relax. The overall atmosphere was noisy and unprofessional. At the end of the massage, I didn't plan to leave a tip because the service was so poor, but the woman demanded on one. I offered $8 per person to be polite, and she laughed in my face. She then refused to let us leave until I increased the tip to $10 per masseuse. Overall, the experience was terrible -- the environment wasn't relaxing, the customer service was rude, and the massages themselves were mediocre. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Both times I left feeling much better and with less pain and tightness than when I arrived. I had a different masseuse each time but both were equally outstanding with meeting my needs.
