I had an amazing deep tissue massage by David. I am super picky about massages, as it's hard to find a therapist that really digs in and does muscle release. I don't want to relax, I want to feel the deep tissue magic! This was one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had a lot). David knows his stuff and tried some different techniques on my foot which is having issues. This was my first experience at Spa One and I purchased one of their extremely affordable memberships which will pay for itself within a few visits. A rather funky location right next to a busy highway, but it's quiet and soothing inside; no traffic noise whatsoever. The young man at the front desk was also gracious and inviting, and offered lemon water or tea. I recently relocated here and tried a few other massage therapists and was disappointed. So happy to have found Spa One and I'm looking forward to trying out some of their other services. read more

Wow--Spa One exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, quiet, and beautifully set up for total relaxation. I booked a true 90-minute massage, and it was exactly that--no shortcuts, no rush, just pure bliss the entire time. My therapist, David, was amazing! He really listened to what I needed and gave extra attention to the areas that were tight and sore, without overlooking anything else. The level of detail and care he put into the massage was incredible--I left feeling like a completely new person. Just had one of the worst massages at this place. My husband called to get me in bc I had a bad headache coming from my traps and asked for a massage therapist that had good experience with deep tissue, otherwise he wouldn't book. He was assured Mallory was "great and does a lot of deep tissue". It ended up being the strangest massage I've ever had. It was not deep tissue at all, felt very incomplete and it's hard to even describe. It was clear Mallory doesn't know how to massage, especially not a deep tissue. She asked what areas I wanted her to focus on, said she would focus on those and then ended up barely touching those areas at all. Very strange. Uncomfortable. Won't be going back. read more

My husband gifted me a massage here for my birthday. My massage was with Kasyn and it was fantastic! I left feeling like all the tension was gone from my body. I always have super bad knots in my shoulders and she worked them soooo GOOD! Very disappointing service. I waited for 15 minutes for a therapist and when I inquired I was told she was running behind. First of all, I should not have had to inquire, someone should have come and informed me. Secondly, by time is worth something too. Then I was charged a cancellation fee of $97 on my credit card they have on file. When I called, the receptionist actually laughed as she was talking to me on the phone. Total lack of professionalism. I am editing this review because the receptionist called me back and apologized for her attitude. She also told me the cancellation fee would be refunded back to me. I still will not wait for an appointment that is 15 minutes late however. A massage appointment should never run late if the organization is proper. read more

The last time I was this amazed by a massage/spa establishment, it was at a Ritz-Carlton. I've worked in customer service & hospitality for over 10 years and it's really hard to wow me. But this place did. Bailey and Ashley was attentive, courteous every step of the way, and super personable. The extra hot stone, aromatherapy & tea services did not have an add-on charge. Anywhere you go, these could've been a $15 up charge at least. I felt soooo spoiled! The boyfriend chose right and he feels the same way about our couples massage experience. The facility was super clean and had a super warm ambiance as a whole. We're looking forward to becoming regulars here for sure. read more

Everyone there is fantastic from the ladies at reception to the massage therapists who give you just the massage you ask for. Blake is the therapist I always request and he is amazing. Wonderful Spa!! The outside of the building looks a little industrial but once you walk inside you are transformed to an environment that is peaceful, tranquil and inviting. The spa itself also has a snack bar, infused waters, coffee and teas. OMGosh the Cinnamon-Orange tea was delicious!! I had a facial with Ang K. and it was about the most relaxing facial I've ever had. She includes both a shoulder massage and foot/leg massage. Ang K. was very conscious on how you were feeling (lots of steam) and hot towels and the products she used smelled wonderful. When we came to the extraction part it wasn't so obtrusive that you would cringe (like I did at another place so I hadn't had a facial in twenty years because of that issue). Ang K. was so knowledgeable. She is a true Esthetician and from what I understand she is the head of the esthetician dept at Massage Life as well as she used to be a esthetic instructor!! My husband booked me a last minute appointment on a Sunday morning and I was so excited to go and get a pampering facial. I was off-put a bit by the outside as it was just in a dingy little strip mall, but after entering, the lobby was nice and well cared for. After filling out my paperwork and being introduced to the girl doing my facial, I was taken into my room 15 minutes past the hour. I hurried to get dressed and she began working a little more than 20 minutes past the hour. The facial itself was nice, but when she said "ok, you're all done." I glanced at the clock to see that it was now exactly the top of the hour. When going to check out I thought my husband had scheduled an express facial, but the gal who checked me out assured me that this was the hour-long facial. I told her that it has only been 40-minutes (and that was generous) and she just said "sorry, she must be new. We'll talk to her about her timing." But did not offer anything to me other than that sorry. I was very disappointed to get the time and quality I received for $80! She didn't offer any other the discounts I later found online either. I get monthly facials and like to try new places and I will not be returning to this location ever again. read more

I received the best massage of my LIFE here by Quinnton. His touch is very powerful and left me feeling completely relaxed and blissful. His every move was graceful yet intentional and he took his time on each pressing pass. I don't think I've ever felt some of his techniques and when working on my back I feel like he spread every bone apart and put them back perfectly yet without any pain or anything uncomfortable. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and is meant to be in this therapy with his healing and gifted touch.
