A rather funky location right next to a busy highway, but it's quiet and soothing inside; no traffic noise whatsoever. The young man at the front desk was also gracious and inviting, and offered lemon water or tea. I recently relocated here and tried a few other massage therapists and was disappointed. A little more detail: when she's on the phone and a client/customer walks in, she will continue to talk on the phone with no customer service etiquette. (I am allergic to adhesive and they knew that and still got it all over my eyes, I looked like I had black eyes when I was done!) Worse still the manager refused to refund me even though I had to go have my hair fixed elsewhere that day. She offered me conditioner for my ruined shirt. Which I didn't even get that. But would not call me when I asked her to. I have never been treated like this by any company, ever! The girl who did my hair, as well as the manager both admitted that they knew my roots looked bad. But she didn't have the time to fix it that day. So I was just supposed to walk around for a week with bad hair when I paid almost $300. The color was not at all what I asked for but if we put that aside. It was not evenly spread across my hair and my roots were literally 3 different colors. The haircut alone looked like a toddler took scissors to my hair. I had to cut off more hair to fix that, when I didn't want short hair. Lets also not forget my ruined shirt. Still with everything that went wrong, the manager felt I didn't deserve any refund. She is wrong is this belief. Because you pay for a service. If a painter came to your house and didn't paint evenly, ruined your carpet and knocked a hole in your wall you would not be paying for that. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!
