Most of the times I've gone here they always switch who is working on me, midway, when another customer comes in. I'm younger but still a paying customer who always makes an appointment. They use steam and reflexology to help ease aching muscles. As a runner, my feet and legs are always tired and sore, but Lina gave me an amazing massage! I've been going to Yoji for a while and have really liked it. It's a small spot though and can be tough to get in so Spa Pointe is another fantastic option in Glastonbury. The staff is so sweet and the facilities are very clean and refreshing. No toxic smell, plenty of space, clean clean clean. My nail tech was efficient and did a beautiful job. This is the best nail salon in Glastonbury. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcome. Super clean and they go the extra mile with fresh lemon juice on the pedicures, steam, and vitamin e oil. This is a hidden gem! Not only do they do a great job they offer so many different types of polishes (non-toxic included) and services. They are all super sweet. But it's all about the little touches that really make this place great. My personal favorite is the keratin gloves they use why they are giving you your manicure. They cut the finger tips so that while they work on your nails your hands are getting a little TLC too. I have tried all of the salons in Gbury and this one is number 1 in my book. read more

Booking the appointment was very easy: Mihee communicated promptly and even was flexible when I had something come up (we did this all over yelp!) When I arrived to Spa Pointe, they were all very safe and cautious with COVID regulations. Amy did both my pedicure and gel mani and both were amazing! She was safe, used brand new and sterilized equipment and was extremely friendly asking me if I liked or wanted to change anything. Tried Spa Pointe yesterday. It is a clean relaxing atmosphere beyond that I'm not impressed and will not be going again. Sue my nail tech was more interested in all that was going on around her than servicing me her client? My pedicure was mediocre at best, my feet soaked in what appeared to be a little warm water nothing else? My pedicure was rushed, the exfoliating was so fast it did absolutely nothing and the polish I can see right through? Then on to a gel manicure. Hum my nail length was long when we started now the longest nails are the shortest ok, and thanks for your help with color I just gave in because she was no help. And why was my thumb nail stuck to my finger and polish is very streaky, also price was a bit high. I'll stick with the salon I normally go to in South Windsor. read more

My family and me loved this place they treat you with care and give you a great time! They have a little puppy who sits at the door and greets you, he is a truly good boy! They will give you the best massage ever when you dry nails. While the price is a fair it's definitely worth it! I would defiantly recommend! I rarwly write reviews but feel like it is needed for this salon, they are a beautiful kid sized salon tucked away in a busier lot. When I walked in I was greeted rite away, they knew who I was based on my appointment time and had someone waiting to help me. My technician helped me pick out a color because I was indecisive today and promptly took off my old color and started my massage. She was very friendly and even took extra time on areas where I expressed I was extra sore. I asked her if I could read my book on my phone and when there were times where both my hands were in the UV she would move the pages for me. I was very impressed with this nail salon, I felt like I was there most important client and that they cAred about me and the services I received. I will be back to maintain my manicure and tell there about this beautiful place. read more

I find this place to be overpriced. It is $65 for a regular gel pedicure and $43 for a gel manicure. $108 total, not including tax and tip. I've been disappointed the last couple of times I went. One lady painfully removed my old gel polish by peeling it off by hand! It was very uncomfortable and damaging to my nails. I would think they would know better than doing that, especially for being an upscale salon. The last time I went I pointed out the exact color I wanted in their nail color book -- it was a dark red. However, the finished product was a brown color. By the time I realized it was not what I asked for it was too late and I didn't want to ask for a redo. Overall I've had better experiences at other more affordable salons. read more

Usually have a good experience here, but this last visit was pretty bad. In an attempt to cut my toe nail on corners, the technician cut my skin on 3 toes. She had to apply a solution to stop bleeding. Im expecting so I was annoyed that she applied something without letting me know. This has never happened before in my life.
