I'm really disappointed because I wanted to love this place. The first two times I got my nails done, I loved the designs. However, having them remove my gel x was a nightmare and they've totally ruined my nails. The tech buffed them down way too thin. Despite her commenting on how hot the file was (and me agreeing), she kept going and I trusted she was doing it correctly. Prices are jacked for no reason. Their prices make no sense-- VERY money hungry. I asked for a spa pedicure(basic pedi at around $48) with gel polish (+$10). My big toe was filed to a round shape for some reason (I wasn't asked) and so I asked for an acrylic overlay on JUST my big toes(only two toes) to make them square. Somehow my total came out to $72.32, NOT INCLUDING TIP. I usually don't pay more than $55 anywhere else. I really wanted to like this spot as it was my first time but I've NEVER paid that amount for a basic pedi with gel including an acrylic overlay on the big toes (must I add, I've done this at multiple other locations). This was not worth $73 and I will not be returning. Edit 5/18/24 10:43am: I'd like to add- the business just responded as we all see below and stated I messaged them previously. The only contact I made with them prior to my appointment was a phone call earlier in the day to set up the appointment for the pedi. From there, the only price "breakdown" given, was when they gave me a laminated sheet at the foot bath showing me the different pedicure price options. There was no communication regarding the additional $20 to add the acrylic overlay to 2 toes. The response to my review is also the first time I'm hearing of this $20 charge for the acrylic. Which, might I add, $20 for two toes is absurd. Now in regards to the "elementary" math. That is very degrading for a business to say to a customer who has willingly paid with no fight to avoid a confrontation. Along with the fact this just proves the service you'd be giving your future customers. It is an unfortunate response as these reviews are for the businesses personal use to improve any quality errors wherever those errors are made.while I respect the services and prices varies from place to place, I do not respect a place of business degrading, insulting, lying and not communicating to their customers. As I mentioned before- I do not recommend going here. And I will not be returning. There is no reason to give your money to a business with obvious honesty issues, communication issues and doesn't know how to take constructive criticism as seen in both their actual review and the screenshot provided. As you see in my screenshot of my call to you, which was ONLY 42 seconds, I only asked if they do pedicures, and to schedule for 6pm, you suggested to arrive for 6:15 instead-- I agreed. That's where the call ended. Once again- this business proves my point of being unprofessional. Instead of going back and forth with someone who has willingly paid you and If you guys read and comprehend what this complaint was about, you'd notice this was about the lack of communication, and that the price doesn't match the work after an error was made on your behalf. Such a beautiful, modern, and clean nail salon! The owner told me that the salon has been there forever but she recently took over and updated it. And she did a fantastic job! I had the "slushy" gel pedicure and a gel manicure. The slushy pedicure feels kind of like a jelly slushy in the tub. It felt cool and is supposed to soften calluses. Loved it! For the gel manicure, I did a color French tip and it came out exactly how I hoped it would. I saw other women getting really intricate designs - they really know that they are doing! They also have a lot of gel color options, which is always nice. My total for a gel polish slushy pedicure and gel manicure with French tip was $100. I went all out with a couple of upgrades here, which is the reason for the higher cost. A regular pedicure (not slushy, not gel) is $35. read more

Do NOT go to this establishment. They make up their own prices as they go and do not tell you something is an up-charge! I went in thinking I was going to be spending $65, go to pay and I'm being charged $115. I was also sent photos of their menu via Instagram (which they do not have anywhere, should've been my first red flag) and went in to get chrome nails which says in the photo I was sent $5, but was told it was going to be $35 just for the chrome due to them having to buy it themselves... how is that my problem? I have told everyone I know to not go there simply because it is such a poorly ran business. So many other nail salons around pick another one. Great place! Fresh, modern, clean! Got a slushy pedi& it was great! Scan the code so no touching the same menu as everyone else! Masks are required & worn by the techs & customers alike! So I went for the first time today, in an effort to find a new nail salon. I was impressed when I walked in with my sister. We had an appointment together. They were beautiful and clean. The girl behind the front desk was lovely, asked us to check in and wash our hands and asked us if we had designs in mind. I showed her an image of nails with trees just protruding from the tips (like a forest). She helped me find colors that would match (evergreen tones). I waited for the appointment and then my sister and I were sat an entire salon apart from each other. They were busy, so I sort of just let it go. I then showed the woman doing my nails the design. I showed her two pictures, making it clear that I wanted a shiny top coat (not matte like the sample photo) and that the design should be on all fingers minus my thumb (different from the sample photo where it had only two accent nails). She said she was all set. She started painting my nails and I immediately noticed that the dark, evergreen color depicted on the sample nail I selected was showing up a bright Grinch green. She then started painting the light cream color I selected and it came out light pink instead. I even second guessed and looked at the sample nail names and the polish bottles to check I hadn't told her the wrong number polish and sure enough, everything was correct somehow. The discrepancy was wild but I tried to just be understanding but there was a stark difference. I let her keep going, trying to salvage the experience. She began a sponging technique for the "tree" part onto the tips and it looked exactly as I said; a sponge. There was no depiction of a tree at all. It just looked like sponged bright green tips. It was awful. My sister had finished her manicure and came over and they were STUNNING. I couldn't believe that a technician was able to do such a detailed job so flawlessly but my nails were turning out TERRIBLE. Clearly a difference in the skill level of the technicians, which is fine ... However, you should be assigning people to technicians that can support the design you proactively ask them for when they walk in, no!? So the nails were a mess and when I finally spoke up and questioned the color shade and the "trees", even the girl behind the desk agreed with my sister and I that what I had on my hands was nowhere near what I had asked for in any way shape or form. To the salon's credit, they tried to pull other colors and offer to redo the design but I had already invested over an hour and a half before that moment and did not have another hour to sit and have the nails stripped and redone. The owner came in and offered to paint my nails instead of the standing technician, who I didn't appreciate was very clearly talking trash about me and my frustration to the other salon workers around her. The tone and nonverbal communication was everything, not to mention, other technicians were then walking over to see my hands because she was clearly calling them into the situation. Not here nor there. When I sat down for the owner almost two hours into my appointment, I told her that I was just going to do a plain color on all of my nails because I didn't have longer than two hours to stay (I think even two hours is super generous for what I asked for). She painted my nails quickly and I was really ready to just leave. I really expected that as the owner, seeing the mess on my hands, my frustration about everything that went wrong and hearing from the girl behind the front desk that this was not my fault or me being difficult but an issue with the technician's ability and the representation of the colors selected; she would have just let me go and offered to have me come back for a better experience next time to salvage a new client but sure enough, she charged me $43 for this experience and a half-baked polish job that I didn't even want. I've been getting my my nails done for a very long time; half of my life ... this was a huge charge for what it was. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. I would truly rate the experience less stars if my sister's nails hadn't turned out so flawless. So I know they have capable technicians in there somewhere, just not where I sat today I guess. However, even in my sister's positive experience with beautiful results, they added gel on top of a cracked nail of hers (one nail) and charged $26 for it. Like, what!? I love this place! Usually getting my nails done stresses me out but I look forward to coming here. It's clean and organized. They do amazing work and are always busy for a reason. Definitely call ahead! I've heard amazing things about everyone who works here but I always ask for Lia and she does amazing nail art. I came here based on a rec. a few weeks ago after 2 disappointing trips to other salons in the area. Both times I have gone I have had Kathy and she has taken such great care of me- she is careful and takes her time to really take care of my nails/hands/toes/feet. I have very dry hands and issues with my cuticles and both times she has done such a thorough job trimming and shaping. Sounds basic but two other salons nearby have NOT done this and my nails looked terrible-didn't even soak my hands in water for the mani! I wish I had gone here every time, I was on a osearch for a good nail place in the area and this was the third place I had been to and was blown away!! I haven't gotten my nails done in years previously (I'm an ex-acrylic girl) but my (now fiancé) wanted me to go regularly before they proposed and I have left so SO HAPPY each time. I don't do regular manis much anymore but I have told all my friends this is THE SPOT. The ambiance is nice too, it's clean and calming and all of the women working are very kind.
