What a great company and a great niche business they got into. Called them up scheduled it. They arrived on time and got right to work. My old fiberglass Jacuzzi was out in no time. They picked up everything and hosed everything down. You wouldn't have even known they were there until you saw the big hole in the ground. Asked to get an estimate on filling in the whole. I found them via google and based on the positive reviews I asked for a quote via their website. I was contacted within a couple hours with a quote. We set up an appointment. The earliest they could come was a couple weeks away, but that was fine. The email communication back and forth was concise, polite and accurate. On the day of they were actually a bit ahead of schedule and I hadn't left work yet when they called to say they were on their way. I'm fairly close so I left immediately and met them at my house a half hour later. That was at 2PM. They were done, complete, including a spray wash cleanup of the area at 3PM. Lando was very sensitive about making sure that no damage was done to any of the plants and walls in the area. We bought a house in Temecula recently that had an old above ground spa. It worked when we first looked at the house and also when our inspector looked at it as part of the home buying process. After we moved in, however, I found out that it would work for a while, but then trip out electrically. I had an above ground hot tub that needed to be removed. My wife actually saw Lando and his crew in a parking lot with a trailer full of old tubs and asked him for a card. I'm glad she did because several months later when I called Lando and his company, Spa Removers, he called me back within a few minutes and was very professional. He asked me to give him a description of the size and placement of the tub and I told him and he gave me a price right on the spot. It did have a very sizeable bee hive in it which I had exterminated several days before he came and I told him that my gate was broken but he didn't worry about a thing.
