I have been coming to Spa Unico to see Stephanie for my Brazilian wax for almost two years now. I tried a few places around Orlando before I found her and haven't searched else where since! Stephanie has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed during what could potentially be an unpleasant experience. She has such a kind hearted personality that makes conversing with her effortless and natural, like talking to a friend! She goes out of her way to get to know you personally and will remember your face and stories when you visit again. Waxing(essentially ripping out) your hair down "there" can frighten many, but Stephanie does an amazing job at providing the least possible pain. That says a lot coming from me because I am a HUGE baby when it comes to pain. The wax is always at a comfortable temperature and she always has aloe ready at the end for your comfort. The waxing room is always clean and fresh when I go in and Stephanie provides an assortment of products to freshen up if you need to. There is plenty of room and space to place your belongings while you're in there and the atmosphere and decorations of the room are very relaxing. Spa Unico has a convenient app that allows you to also schedule and change appoints with ease, and Stephanie is always flexible with my insanely hectic schedule which makes getting in to see her a breeze!The pricing is also some of the most affordable I have seen with Stephanie offering reoccurring customers special deals. They also have a detail list of prices for their many services in the waiting area, and they are also all very affordable and reasonable as well. I have not had an opportunity to try the many other services Spa Unico provides yet, but the salon is always clean and tidy when I walk in. They provide an assortment of drinks while you are experiencing any spa treatment, and the customers always seem to be very comfortable and happy by the conversations they are having with the technicians. I can not say enough good things about Stephanie and Spa Unico and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outstanding spa experience! I highly recommend spa unico, Stephanie did a fantastic job and not only was she incredibly kind and knowledgeable, she took her time and made sure that my nails looked perfect her work is phenomenal and absolutely worth the price.
