I typically get the deluxe pedicure. You can't go wrong with any that you choose. There are many scents to choose from for your lotion and scrubs as well as tons of nail colors. The scrub and foot massage paired with the electronic chair massage leave you not only with pretty nails... But also pretty darn relaxed! You can find limited street parking as well as parking in the back. Whether it's a pedicure, manicure, gel or waxing that you are looking for, Tony & Tina nails is a great place. I was eventually seated with her, but apparently she had another appointment scheduled afterward, which I was never told about. Instead of finishing my nails, she stopped in the middle of the service and passed me over to another nail technician named Lili. Unfortunately, Lili could not do a basic French tip properly. She spent almost an entire hour just trying to make the French lines, and after seeing how they were turning out, I finally gave up and asked her to just leave my nails plain pink. If you cannot properly accommodate walk-ins because you already have appointments scheduled, then simply say you are unavailable. I would much rather be told to come back another day than pay $57 and receive rushed, unfinished, poor-quality service. This was actually my fourth time coming here, so I am especially disappointed because I gave this salon multiple chances and expected much better treatment. Had an appointment for full set of hard gel (this is the option that is bookable on their website…read morebtw). Was called an hour before my appointment asking if I wanted gel x. I said no, I want hard gel but I currently have hard gel that I need removed. They said oh you want a fill. I said well I don't think so because the gel was done by a different tech so if I need to come in early to have it assessed I can do that. The receptionist said okay perfect. I was extremely confused at the reasoning behind this phone call. I arrived at 11:40. I sat in the chair waiting for the tech I booked my apt with for 30 minutes before another tech was asking the receptionist why I was sitting there so long. Once my actual tech arrived to her station, I was asked what do I want. Um, not even a sorry for waiting so long? No explanation for the call??? I told her well you called and I currently have hard gel and I want a full set of hard gel with design (what I booked ....). She asked for inspo pics (attached to this review), I showed her the inspo set, she said she would ask another tech to take care of that for me. They spoke about the nails and what I understood was neither of them could do it. I asked if it was an issue of like not being able to execute it and she told me she normally does abstract. I am unsure what that means. I told her I had another option but I was having trouble finding it with the lack of cell service so while I was trying to connect to the wifi to show her a different set she wanted to look at my phone to fix its settings for the wifi. During her trying to fix the settings on my phone she said well let's just do the other nails she has the OTHER tech who said she couldn't do the nails looking for the colors. At this point I asked again if it was an issue of being to execute the design, because I would rather just not even start removing my current set if she doesn't feel like she can execute it. That is when she told me she didn't have enough time. That is ridiculous, as I came in EARLY and there was open availability in this techs schedule (I know this because I checked!). I will never return. This situation was extremely unprofessional. No one apologized for me sitting there for 30 minutes. I don't understand why I came in early for her to assess my nails for the appointment I booked. I was willing to switch to a different design but the whole crew at this nail salon seemed extremely incompetent, unable to problem solve, and had zero confident with their abilities as nail techs. This was an awful experience and honestly a waste of my time. Avoid this salon.
