Be aware of Space City Plumbing. One of their selling points was their 10 year warranty. After they finished the job they pointed out the ten year warranty they used as a selling point before the job, only included parts. To me this is very deceiving. The job was a three thousand seven hundred dollar job to replace a sewer line. Almost all the job was labor, just about 60 feet of 4" PVC and a few fittings. They essentially don't warranty their work. I would think if they knew they did good work, they would not mind warranting it. If it was done right, the likely hood of it having a problem is slim. Them being deceptive about the warranty makes me wonder about the confidence in their own work. read more

ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE JOB! DO NOT HIRE! My mother-in-law (sweet little old lady) has a plug in her house. She called Mikah and he had folks out there that day. The gentleman that were there did not have the correct tools to accomplish the task. (Unprofessional) How do you show up to a job without the correct tools? The men were more interested in buying tools from my mother, (that used to be, my now, passed away brother-in-law's tools). THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE PLUG!! SPACE CITY PLUMBING DID CHARGE HER $200 ANYWAY! I called Mikah, to give him a chance to rectify, or at least, explain to me why he and his men charged, my mother, but did not fix the problem. No call back, no messages, no text. You had a chance, Mikah! 200 dollars later, I NOW have to go and remove tge plug for myself. She woukd have been better off , and $200 richer, calling me first. I recently had a problem with the main sewer line at my home. I immediately began to reach out to plumbers in my area. Space city plumbers were the first to respond, which gave me great relief. Two guys were sent out that same day, and told me that in order to unclog the line and run a camera through the line to determine the cause for the blockage, it would cost me $640. Because I have never experienced anything like this and had no idea what a typical cost for this service should be, I agreed. The guys later told me that the blockage was due to roots from a tree near the line and that the cost would be $6500 to replace the entire line or $5500 to replace just the portion that is blocked. I was stunned. I paid the $640 and continued to call other plumbers. In the end, I found someone else to do the work for $2200 and was told that the original diagnostic work should have been no more that $200. I still feel foolish for not getting more estimates first but I felt like this problem needed to be address without haste. Now, I want to warn others about the ridiculously expensive cost for service with this company. I appreciate their swift response but charging that much more than the competition is just not cool. No need to rip people off. read more

I had a leak in my garage and I asked my friends who they trusted for plumbing repairs and I only received feedback on plumbers NOT to use. So I jumped on Yelp and called Space Citv Plumbing, hoping for the best. I honestly believed I got was I was hoping for... THE BEST! Mike was so friendly and down to earth. I immediately felt like I hired someone I could trust. He was very thorough and checked the attic and the bathroom. The bathroom was on the other side of the wall. He found the issue in my bathtub which was away from the sign of the leak. The guy obviously knows his stuff because I would have tore up my wall first lolol.... This is the second time we used them. Originally, we had to get a shower valve repaired and while they were there, we had them fix the toilet which actually involved breaking up some concrete to fix the toilet flange. They were very reasonable on the final bill. I was so impressed with them, when we had an issue with a slab leak in the kitchen - we called them out to re-pipe the kitchen by running pipe thru the attic instead of doing a slab repair.
