Kelly came over within a few hours, took photos, exactly explained the situation, told us our options, ordered a new water heater and set us up to have it installed on Monday. Kelly and Alfredo arrived on time on Monday, installed the new water heater, took photos and cleaned up. The quick turnaround possibly saved us from having a leak through our ceiling. We call at 9:45 a.m. - they said they would call us back, we called at Noon, they were waiting to hear from the plumber - they would call us back, we called them back at 2 p.m. - they would check on it and call us back - we called them back at 3 p.m. and when we wanted to hold while they "called their plumber" they hung up on us.
