What an amazing cruise with my daughter! I booked this…read morecruise at the last minute to have some fun for her birthday and the endless laughs, giggles and pure joy will last a lifetime. This was her first disney cruise so I went all out for her. We dined and ate all the yummy food and dessert her little belly could hold while enjoying the movie theatre and characters on board. The pool was our go too early each morning so we could spend hours splashing around before it got super hot. We truly enjoyed hanging out at the Atlantis in the Bahamas and swimming with dolphins as well. We have another cruise booked before back to school doing the 5 night western Caribbean which I am so excited for.

The Disney Treasure has officially become our favorite ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet,…read moresurpassing even the Disney Dream, which held that title for years. We recently sailed on the 7-night Western Caribbean itinerary from May 30th through June 6th out of Port Canaveral, and from the moment we stepped onboard, we were blown away. The Treasure is absolutely stunning. The ship's themes of adventure, treasure, Disney magic, and Aladdin are woven throughout the décor, and every hallway, lounge, and public space feels thoughtfully designed and breathtaking. We stayed on Deck 6 near the aft elevators, and the location was perfect--convenient to dining, activities, and getting around the ship. One of our favorite parts of every Disney cruise is the rotational dining, and the Treasure did not disappoint. We loved dining at Plaza de Coco, 1923 (with its Walt and Roy Disney-themed dining rooms), and Worlds of Marvel. The dining staff rotated with us throughout the cruise and provided the outstanding service Disney Cruise Line is known for. For adults, the ship also offers Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté. Traveling with our 16-month-old son, we were thrilled with the "it's a small world" nursery. The staff was fantastic, and our son genuinely enjoyed his time there. We also spent a lot of time in the beautiful Grand Hall for character meet-and-greets and visited HeiHei Café more times than we'd like to admit for coffee. Entertainment onboard was outstanding. We had the opportunity to see Disney The Tale of Moana in the Walt Disney Theatre, an exclusive Broadway-style production found only on the Disney Treasure. The music, costumes, special effects, and performances were incredible and easily one of the highlights of our cruise. It's the kind of entertainment that reminds you why Disney Cruise Line stands apart from the rest of the industry. Marceline Market was one of the best buffet experiences we've had at sea, offering plenty of variety and quality throughout the cruise. We also loved exploring unique spaces like the Haunted Mansion Parlor, which quickly became one of the most memorable lounges we've ever experienced on a cruise ship. Our itinerary included Falmouth, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, two relaxing sea days, and of course Castaway Cay, Disney's incredible private island. While we chose to stay onboard during Grand Cayman and Cozumel, the Treasure itself was such a destination that we never felt like we were missing out. Disney Cruise Line continues to set the standard for family cruising, and the Disney Treasure may be the most beautiful ship they've ever built. Between the incredible entertainment, amazing dining, exceptional Cast Members, family-friendly experiences, and stunning design, this was one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. We are already looking forward to sailing on the Treasure again.

** - Above and Beyond Customer Service**…read more I had a truly outstanding experience at Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach this Father's Day. I initially came in to purchase a 9-foot board I had my eye on. After deciding to buy it, I stepped out briefly to grab my son so he could help me load it into my truck. When I returned, the board was gone--needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I spoke with a salesperson named Dave, who explained that the board actually wasn't supposed to be on the sales floor--it had been custom-made for the shop and was pulled by the general manager and placed in an office. Even so, Dave didn't stop there. He took the time to listen to my situation and understand how much this meant to me, especially as it was intended to be my Father's Day gift. Dave went out of his way to help and connected me with the manager, Chip. Chip took things to the next level--he made calls to the general manager and even reached out to corporate to see if anything could be done. After about 45 minutes of effort, he came back with incredible news: they got approval to sell me the board. Neither Dave nor Chip had to go to those lengths, but they did--and that level of customer care is rare. They could have easily said no and moved on, but instead they went out of their way to make my day. As a local, I'll be out riding waves on this board and proudly telling this story. Ron Jon didn't just sell me a surfboard--they delivered an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Dave, Chip, and the corporate team for making my Father's Day!

This store makes me want to say, "No wayyyyy.....way!" and "Excellent!" and "Nothing was bogus" -…read moreaccording to Bill and Ted (it's making my son cringe in the background). Largest surf shop in the world at 52,000 square feet of cool, rad, and gnarly, awesome things (shirts, jewelry, swim wear, accessories, beauty products, home decor, surf boards, rash guards, sunglasses, etc). If you can walk out without buying a shirt, keychain or sticker, I would either be impressed, or think something was wrong with you. Free parking (time limit) in the back of the shop. Long arse lines at all the registers, but that's a testament to how popular this place is. My husband who is an (ex-)surfer, totally loved this shop. He said visiting this store was one of the highlights of the trip.
