I'm a local resident and honestly have never had a good or smooth experience at this location, even…read morewhen I only have one simple item to drop off. The store is extremely small, usually understaffed, and there are only two registers and one self-service kiosk. The kiosk becomes overwhelmed with customers sorting through bags of returns, looking up codes, and printing labels, which creates constant backups. I have personally waited more than 15 minutes just to use the kiosk alone. The register line is just as bad, with long waits and lines frequently extending outside the store. On one visit I had to stand and carry a heavy item the entire time while waiting in line. Overall wait times are consistently 15 minutes or more every single time I have come here. This location clearly needs better staffing, additional kiosks, or a much better system for handling returns.
