I visited before signing the lease and the space is clean and not rusty. We ended up renting 2 units bc of our complicated moving situation. 2. Access + security Personalized codes and cameras everywhere. I was glad to hear that they have cameras everywhere (I'm sure this is standard) and the fact that they track who comes in and out. 3. Tina She deserves her own category. She was very kind and assuring on the phone. Then, in person, she warmed us with her genuinely good heart. On the day of our move, she was there to offer us water and other equipment just in case we needed it. I drove into the lot knocked on the door no one answered which was fine…read more Then the "manager" came up and said something along the lines of "can't you see manager on deck" pointing at a sign next to the door. I've never been there before and was just trying to get a quote but then when me and the manager step inside he asked why didn't I just call instead of wasting gas this and that. I tried explaining the amount of misinformation I see online then he interrupts and said "that's why you just call instead of wasting gas" was very rude despite the amount of times I was trying to ignore him telling me I should have called before coming. I would not recommend going you'll just waste your time with him berating you as to why didn't you just call.

Figured I would pay to have the vehicle moved internal, as they promised the warehouse was temperature controlled and they'd take the batteries out of the car and keep them on what I understood to be a charger. Either that never happened and they left it in the car the whole 7 months or they took my brand new starter battery (The car was a couple months old) and gave me a shitty one. They left the secondary battery in and it's useless now. When I started the car on the lot I got the battery issue, which I didn't have before. They kept asking me how old the battery was, how the car just needs to warm up, how the battery may have died in the cold (I got back in November? Not that cold in NC the months prior) I asked why should it matter if it's internally stored in a temperature controlled environment and they couldn't answer me. Garbage service, unprofessional. Would give negative stars if it was possible.

(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both.
