service is horrible. they do everything in their power to be the most unhelpful people on the…read moreplanet. everything they told me i didnt already know. they lost my package. how you file a claim is stupid. everyone is inept and they refuse to do their jobs. why am i talking to a robot on the phone, repeating myself for hours. you lost my package and im the one having to find it for you. i dont work for ups. if i could go into the place and find the package myself i would. tracking says its at the ups store down the street. but service says all they can do is track it. and if the label is made wrong they send it back. HOW DID IT GET DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE IF THE LABEL WAS MADE WRONG? LITERALLY 3 BLOCKS FROM MY HOUSE A STRAIGHT SHOT. From what I know, I believe this is a family business and it shows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The movers were polite and worked very hard. It also seems that the owner is very hands on which is very hard to find with some companies. When we moved we didn't have any breakage but, we did purchase insurance just in case. As with any moving company we knew the risks and wanted to protect ourselves but the guys did a great job with no breakage! The rates were also very reasonable. In the days and hours just before we arrived in Ithaca, Robert was not responding to my calls, texts or emails... I should have seen the writing on the wall. Don't count on them to make your move easy - call a different company.
