My friend wanted to go here for her 30th birthday so we did! It was super fun but exhausting! Who knew jumping on a trampoline took so much effort ‍ There is a huge open room of trampolines, a battle beam, rock climbing wall, dodge ball courts, basketball dunk track and a foam pit to jump into. You buy your sessions in hour intervals and the one flies! We were the oldest people jumping without kids by about 20 years but still had an awesome time! There aren't lockers (though unlocked cubbies are available), so be prepared for that. You have to purchase their grippy socks which are cheap - but be prepared for that added expense. I should note there is a military discount (20% off the service persons jump). There is a concession stand for drinks and snacks are available as well. Overall it was a blast - kids are of course crazy and running around but what else would be expected? read more

The music is way too loud. The staff there should have the capabilities of adjusting the volume, especially in the mornings when there are not many people there. Also, the venue is very dirty. Foam pieces and dirt everywhere. There seems to be multiple complaints regarding this issue, but it appears this has not been addressed. The manager is quite nice, though. Where do I even begin? We had a combo party for my son and his friend here. Place needs upkeep and repairs badly,it also is barely even cleaned,we found foam blocks with inappropriate words and make genitalia inscribed onto them for crying out loud. Add to that within the first five minutes RIGHT NEXT TO A SIGN SAYING RESPECT OUR EMPLOYEES no swearing etc. One of them was calling the other f#$_ng Stupid in front of kids! When your own employees behave like neanderthals how dare you have signs demanding people respect them? Irony at its finest. I took my 2 boys to Altitude today. We bought tickets online yesterday for a 9am start (when they open). We also met 3 other families there. When we arrived at 9, the doors were locked. We waited and waited outside in the cold with 7 boys under 6 until the employee who was supposed to open showed up around 9:40! She was 40 min late. Did not apologize to any of the families waiting nor did she try to compensate for lateness. My kids had an absolute blast otherwise. The park is great. Worst jump place I've ever been to, thanks mainly to the staff. While there is a large main jump area and a number of other fun areas it is the inattentiveness of the staff that warrants this low rating. We were there for a birthday party and I watched as staff failed to help maintain lines, provide direction to the children in the foam pits failing to exit or just sitting on the side so others couldn't jump. Instead the staff stood around talking with each other about their personal lives and what party they were going to later or simply biting their nails staring off into space and not paying attention or doing their job. If I was management I'd fire them all instead of paying them to just stand around. Would be better off giving discounts to the parents who are left to do all the policing of lines and ensuring safety of others. Be hard pressed to ever get me to go back when Sky Zone isn't far, the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and safety oriented especially for the smaller kids. Place is awesome stuff. Great long trampolines for gymnastics. Staff are pretty laid back but when they aren't, they ruin the fun.

Our boys had a great time jumping here! The young girl working behind the counter was kind and personable, you can purchase beverages that are not overly priced, overall it was a great experience for the kids to be active and play on a rainy evening. The only suggestion I would have for improvement is that the no running rule actually be enforced by staff. There were a ton of boys that were running around everywhere (not on the trampolines but on the actual floor) that almost ran into me a few times. I'm only 5'2 so these adolescents are actually my size. The chaotic running around is a lot to handle for the parent who is the spectator. Overall, fun for the kids, just beware that the staff doesn't actively enforce the rules and you might get KO'd by a bratty insubordinate 13 year old. read more

What an abysmal establishment. The owners post signs and rules over every space imaginable and yell at you over everything. The place was empty besides a group of older kids on the other side of the park. My 4 year old son took 6 blocks out of the foam pit to knock them back in and the owner immediately came over to tell me there was a sign saying not to do that. When I tried explaining how irrational that is at a kid focused place, he offered me my money back. Keep in mind, there was nobody there, he wasn't making a mess, and we were knocking the blocks into the pit. I said I wanted my money back. They continued to berate me from behind the counter after I commented on the signs everywhere and how mishandled the situation was. I had to tell him he is not allowed to yell at me while I was holding my baby. The owners, who are brothers, are clearly on a huge power trip and could not handle a woman speaking up. While I understand there are rules for safety, I do not see how a 4 year old making a little wall of blocks could have impacted the entire foam pit. The owner also proceeded to tell people that I was swearing at them and became belligerent. (I do not have a need to use profanity. I can express and articulate myself just fine without it.) I was holding my one year old and would never swear in front of my kids. So in addition to speaking horribly to women, they also lie. He also said he has a sign over his office that he does not tolerate any "back talk". When I wanted my money back for the socks, he told the person behind the counter to just reimburse me because I'm not allowed back. Best of luck to anyone who goes there and dares to step out of line! Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas...only one came and second was 45 minutes later. Asked what happened and not one employee or manager apologized. Asked for another pizza and manager refused and was rude!!! Had to ask for regional managers phone number and he was rude ...no apology and suggested that we were just trying to get a free pizza due to the economy. Incredible trampoline park in Billerica! Great for kids , adults, grandparents and babies! We've been about 1 dozen times and kids go home incredible beat and they have a blast each and every time! They have; climbing walls! Dodgeball court (x2), foam pots to jump into (x3 lanes), basketball slam dunk lanes (x2), 2 birthday rooms , a jousting beam (in front of climbing wall). Wide open jump pit with about 100 individual floor and wall trampolines. The bathrooms and facility are kept extraordinarily clean and well maintained. Socks are $2 and can be reused every visit. VERY busy on weekends with no call ahead reservations! Make sure you ask if they are heavy with birthdays; if so, they tend to ignore other patrons, if so. Just an FYI. Highly recommended you come before kids eat dinner or on weekdays to have more wide open availability. Great location with a lot of pah'king! Great fun that my 11yr old and I enjoy. Great workout and a bunch of different areas to mix it up. Lots of kids of various ages. While my 14yr old feels a little old, Friday nights is teen time and sure attracts quite a few. Weekends and holidays are very crowded. Hard to jump around with a little oblivious 5yr old jumping in front of you. Very few parents participate. There tend to be 2-3 parents jumping and over a hundred parents sitting down playing on their iPhones. Staff members are nice and tend to do a good job keeping kids safe. Awful. I brought two kids on a Saturday, and the place was so over run with birthday parties that they spent 90%+ of the time waiting in lines. They were repeatedly kicked out of the dodgeball courts (plural) so that parties could have exclusive use. Waiting 20 minutes then getting two minutes to play is a crappy ratio. I complained to the manager and he was only mildly sympathetic, telling me they had 30 birthday parties scheduled, as if that was a reasonable excuse for our lousy experience. He suggested we try a weekday instead because the place is empty. I suggested that if they can't support walk-ins then they shouldn't sell walk-in tickets. I've been now twice, both times with my fiancé during the week. It's not very busy on weekdays but for some reason there's still 20 teen employees manning the trampolines. 2 stars gone for staffing issues. Quite often I've observed those teens aggressively flirting in a corner somewhere. That kind of behavior is bothersome when you witness young children looking up to those teens. The next star knocked off was because it's always impossible to use the basketball hoops - again a staffing issue because the whole time there are about 5 employees using it which just makes it awkward to go over there. As for the place itself, I love the dodgeball arenas & the foam pits - though very hard to climb out of ! The rock climbing wall is really cool but keep in mind if your feet aren't itty bitty (like my fiancé's) your feet might hurt after a few pegs up. Kids enjoyed it here for an event. If you have been to Skyzone in Danvers, it's pretty much the same place, except a little smaller and slightly less supervision (there is supervision, but it seems a little less supervised than Skyzone). One hour of jumping was $15 and special jumping socks are $2 if you don't have them. One of my kids got slightly injured in the first 5m, which is kind of expected with a place like this (which is why you sign a waiver before you go in), but even with his small injury, he still enjoyed his hour here. Highly recommend visiting Max Noodles in the same shopping complex for some food after you (or the kids) are done jumping. The visit to Max Noodles made my night since the food was absolutely delicious. read more

This place is awesome! it's such a good idea and it's a great way to bring kids out and burn all their excess energy. my son goes home exhausted every time he comes here! we had his birthday party here on what seemed to be the busiest Friday before school returns and it was a great experience even with the large crowds. everyone at the party had a great time and the lines didn't seem to take too long for any of the attractions inside. The cost of the party itself is not too bad it includes water for all the kids and pizza from hungry Tiger next-door as well as an hour of jump time. The cost is also not too bad for regular jump time, especially if your a tired parent who needs a fun activity for the kiddos. In addition to the trampolines there is trampoline dodgeball, basketball dunking (with trampoline assistance) and a foam pit to jump into. The newest (and most fun additions) are rock climbing walls with foam pits under them, and an American gladiator style beam battle that looks like epic fun. Best Trampoline Park! My favorite trampoline park in NE. I have been to many trampoline parks. Others are good but this one is by far, my favorite. The staff are enthusiastic towards all patrons both young and older. Events offered: Toddler time, Teen night, Saturday Sensory hour for kids that are impaired and of course birthday parties. It was a very fun place for my daughter and her friend to practice some of her gymnastics tricks before upcoming state meets. There was a not so nice employee that yelled at us when we were going to eat some fruit that we brought in from the outside. There were signs that said no outside food or drinks but he could have said it politely. In addition, we saw tons of coffee cup and other beverages and those were not turned aside. They should make a toddler section that grown ups can watch their kids and another section for older kids/adults. Almost every time someone was going to tumble a toddler ran right in front of that person so that person couldn't tumble without potentially hurting the younger person. Compared to Skyzone I think the overall environment is better here however they don't have lockers to rent and we did see a pregnant lady who couldn't find her jacket when she was getting ready to leave. Also, check the Internet for coupons and pay inside the place as they don't honor coupons for online reservations. This was our last time having a party at altitude. The kids have a blast while they're jumping - the facility itself is great. But. You can't bring in your own ice cream to eat with your birthday cake be they have a "strict policy" on outside food - translation so they can sell their dots ice cream cups. And the kids don't get to jump a single additional minute once the pizza comes out. My birthday girl was yanked off the trampolines "times up". Hypothetically our party was 4-5:45. pizza and cake (without the ice cream I'd brought) was over by 5:30. The party just ended then since the kids weren't allowed to jump any longer. Terrible customer service and way overpriced. $17 for an hour of jump time. Stood in line for about 15 minutes with 3 restless kids to check in only to be told that we had no waiver on file despite the fact that we've been there multiple times, once of which was only a month ago. Asked to pay first and sign waiver immediately thereafter since we didn't want to go have to go back to the end of the line. Was told "no." When asked if we could at least cut the line when we come back we were again simply told "no" by some nitwit who was allegedly the manager. When I explained the situation to another employee, I was told "I don't make the rules." If it's a "rule" to refuse to accommodate or at least be friendly toward a customer who regularly gives you business and is about to spend $51 for an hour of fun for her kids, then the owner should change the rules. We had planned a group outing to go to Altitude on a Sunday Night in Early June. Several people have to work until 6 so we decided we would jump from 7-8pm. Our group arrived at Altitude at 6:45Pm ready to jump but when we walked in the front door a joyful worker told us they had decided to close an hour early tonight. They decided to close an hour early? How professional! I asked why they hadn't posted anything on there website and she said oh we just decided to close a few hours ago there is a sign on the door though. So you have to drive all the way to Billerica to find the sign on the door that says they are closing an hour early! It was just a really unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I was really excited to try out a trampoline park but after this experience I will not being going to Altitude park in Billerica. read more
