My children enjoy Altitude Trampoline Park. The wait time usually quick. We are frequent visitors at the park so the waiver process is quick just giving first and last name at the desk. I advise doing the waiver in advance if possible. The cost is $20 for one hour, $24 for an hour and a half, and $28 for two hours. There are various attractions which are usually open for my children to enjoy. There is also a mini arcade and space for birthday parties. The food selection is limited to snacks and slushes. Took my nephews as it's our tradition to go to a trampoline park when I visit. They loved in San Diego and we usually went to Sky Zone there. They said they had been to this one here so off we went. Very easy to sign online waiver and purchase time and I needed socks. It's pretty clean and staff were friendly. My only complaint was the nachos lol. Got barely any cheese and the chips tasted stale. They were not expired and I didn't complain there so it's my fault. Just don't order the nachos lol. They have a few different types of jump areas which is cool. Some of the boys seemed a little too rough for my likening in the dodgeball area. Our family planned a 4 year old's birthday party here. It was a really convenient way to celebrate! They provide a table at with tablecloth, waters, balloons, and a sign directing which party to which table. Our sign had an adorable drawing of Elsa and Ana, which happened to be the theme of the birthday cake we brought. With the party, the kids sign up for a wrist band giving them 1 hour of jump time before pizza shows up. Several of our kids came back completely red in the face from so much running and jumping. Success! The nice thing is they clean up everything from the party too. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars are because 1) it smelled like sweaty feet and 2) there were multiple leaks in the ceiling that they just stuck buckets under. We highly recommend the Altitude Trampoline Park in Avon, MA because of our experience today. The customer service is the best we've ever experienced at any trampoline park. Jamie in particular went above and beyond. She quickly was able to process us as the cashier but at the same time made sure she knew exactly what we wanted and what we needed. Then when one of the kids had an accident (involving bodily fluids), she went out of her way to make us feel like it was no problem and quickly acted to clean it up. We had a full hour to jump with the birthday party and that was PLENTY of time. They did have a section for toddlers which was great because big kids just do not care! After reading several reviews, I had LOWWW expectations! I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised! Altitude has a ton of space for kids and adults to jump! They even have areas reserved for younger kids to jump without being trampled. Jumping for an hour is currently $15, but with 4 jumpers, we got a discount and everyone jumped for $52 total! Not bad! Socks are $2 each, and you're required to buy their special "trampoline socks." They have a great system for managing time for jumpers and will make an announcement when it's each group's turn to finish jumping. There is some seating on the main jumping floor, and an area that overlooks it upstairs with picnic benches. There are some snacks and soda machine available, but no outside food allowed. Previously attended this location on multiple occasions in the past prior to COVID faithfully for Friday teen nights back then they offered pizza and drink. Previously parents were allowed to sit upstairs in waiting area as their children enjoyed themselves down below. For the past 3 weeks My son has requested to return to this facility and I agreed especially when driving 30 plus mins to get here. For the past 2 weeks I've been asked to come sit downstairs amongst a crowd not to mention COVID is still lingering and people are maskless. As a parent who has a young child I rather spend my funds moving forward elsewhere I.E skyzone. The heavy set guy with shoulder length hair ( seems like some type of friday lead) as well as the young girl with her hair 1/2 black and blond hair walks around as if they are couples touching each other in plain view of kids. As i sat downstairs in the steps area A person also got hurt due to their lack of maintenance in the dodgeball area- uneven surface he mention. This location didn't even have ice nor an ice pack to provide to him. These two and will have this establishment go down. Barely any kids here anymore and I see why. If I can't sit comfortably while my preteen is jumping because seats on lower level is taken then guess what I'll be heading to skyzone where I'll sit comfortably and watch from a distance. This review is not for the place itself but for STAFF. They just seat around as a group and talk away. Or they on their phone. They don't supervise kids, you as the parents, grandparents, an adult make sure to watch your kids like a HAWK, specially by the rock climbing wall. The kids/teenagers hide underneath the foams. My daughter was up top when the foam blocks started moving and I right away told my daughter not to jump and hold on, I then told this kid to get out and I told a staff member but she didn't even bother. I then went to the kids mother to watch him because what had taken place. It would've been a tragic accident not only for that kid but also my daughter Not all staff are careless, some are helpful. I love this place! I bring my autistic son here every Saturday (sometimes more during the week!) the employees are so sweet and nice to my son! Uriah and Stacy just to name a couple are alway jumping over to me and my son to make sure we are doing ok! Lastly the General Manager Kayla is the best! Wonderful experience here today. School was out early and i had my son and 2 of his friends for the afternoon. Three 7 yr olds needing to burn some energy and Altitude was perfect. One of the court monitors, Curtis, really made the day even better. If i could give more than 5 stars i would just because of the energy he put into keeping the kids safe, happy and engaged. Everything here was clean, snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The lounge area, over looking the court, was comfortable and WiFi was strong, so i was able to work and see the kids at the same time. read more

What a great trampoline park. Everything is clean so clean. I like the setup of this park better than others. I can be with my toddler while he jumps and plays in the large toddler area and can still keep an eye on my 11 year old. Kids were loving the huge wall you can jump on and off of from the trampoline. Large area upstairs to hangout/watch your kids from. For the handicapped non jumpers, they even have an elevator to get to said sitting/watching area. Staff were great! Managment was great....we were greeted by I think the owner. This park is Not overbearing like some other parks (ya know, the park that rhymes with lye bone / ahhh, my Least favorite). This Altitude was bad most altitude I have been to have had good staff and also good service. The price are insane and for what reason like the staff where bad they did not attend a kid if there where crying. I saw a kid punch a kid in its face and the worker saw it and just turns the other way. Also there where kids jumping around on top of other kids and one kid jump on top of a kid that was on the ground crying as this happened the staff work was distracted by another worker. The mean reason I gave this place a 2 is because there staffing was crazy they had two employees work the hole thing then another one talking to one and at the front desk there where 5 employees sitting down eating pizza and just not working. Also me and my friend where jumping and this kid kept jump and running by us and we told there mom and she was trying to teach them how to not do that which was good. My son was there last night. We paid $27 and had to pick him up 30 minutes later. A boy kept running into him, swearing at him, licking his legs, etc. When my son asked for help, he was told to act his age. When the boy wouldn't stop and my son wasn't helped, he used physical force to try and stop the younger boy. He was then spoken to by the adults about his behavior and not assisted otherwise. He called us upset and was picked up, leaving his friends behind who he wanted to be with. He was pretty upset once home, angry that we had picked him up, but this isn't a safe environment. I'm disappointed that the establishment can't have appropriate staff available to help keep it safe for the kids and/or someone watching to make sure they know what's happening. We won't be going back here unless it's for someone's birthday party. read more

So this year we had our party here. It was embarrassing because they screwed up our order & we didn't have enough food! They gave pink balloons for our son, and spelled his name wrong. The manager didn't even have the professional courtesy to apologize to us or make it up in any way, and left the server holding the bag to deal with his/her responsibilities. WOW!. This server was doing her best with what this place left her to deal with-they will loose a good employee if this keeps up, that's usually what happens. Anyway, I even called 3 days before to make sure the order was right. ADVISE: If your looking for the total package, this is NOT the place. If your kids love to jump, just go out for pizza after. It's more like bad attitude trampoline park. We came for Christmas vacation week, which we knew would be crowded, so we, plus four other families we joined, all reserved and pre paid online. No benefit to doing that, as we still needed to wait 30 minutes in line. The surly kid at the front was clearly overwhelmed, not helpful and a bit of a jerk. We were given bands for a jump time that had already started but were assured we'd get our full hour. I'm sure we will, as they are so short staffed and so over sold, no one is policing wristbands vs time slots. The number of kids on the trampolines at once has approached a dangerous level. Specifically, the dodgeball has 50 kids in it instead of a more comfortable 25-30 and no one there to enforce the posted rules, ie no throwing bean balls at a little kid's head. We brought our concerns to the manager, who just shrugged and said "what do you want me to do?" Also, the tables upstairs make a great home base for our group of 25 paying customers, plus watching adults. However, the party staff repeatedly asked us (not nicely) to move to make way for a birthday party, even though other tables were clearly available, suggesting the shelf of 9 wee cubbies for 30 coats, boots and shoes. While I understand that the place has only been opened for a couple months, and the bounce space is great, it's poorly managed and makes it much easier to go back to Launch or SkyZone, where bounce start and end times are policed, the number of admissions restricted, and trained staff politely manages the bouncing, read more

Horrible birthday party experience on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. Staff was unprepared, table set-up was incorrect (they gave us a table for 10 despite us having 16 guests), waiver process was a nuisance and time sync for guests despite parents completing the online forms, pizza was guaranteed and didn't get delivered so guests left without pizza, and the assigned party coordinator was unreachable during the party. I tried to reach a manager during the party in-person, 3-hours after the party by email, and now 24-hours later, I still haven't received as much as a phone call or email to check-in or to apologize for the mishap. We had a great experience at the North Attleboro location; however, I would not recommend and will not return to the Avon location. read more

This place is a poor excuse for a trampoline park. I've been to 2 competitors and have always had a good experience. Plenty of things to do for all ages but also well organized. The staff at the desk was courteous. The staff who worked the different sections were knowledgeable and polite. Not this place. The staff in the orange T-shirt's walk around doing nothing. Perfect example. The dodge ball court. Every other place I've gone to one of the staff members monitors and organizes this area. Not here. Just another place to jump. Kids are out of control here. Parents are paying no attention to their kids. 15 minutes here and my 11 year old was frustrated because he said it was "disorganized." I asked for a refund and was told no by the front desk staff. Pretty disappointing customer service and entertainment facility. Should have known when I pulled in the parking lot the place was a disaster because there was an ambulance and police cruiser in front. This place is a waste of time and money. read more

My son usually goes here a lot with my boyfriend. He loves this place. The first time i took him was 11/18/18 and had the WORST experience. My phone was stolen within seconds. I put my phone down to clean my sons mouth and he ran off i attempted to chase him, went back to retrieve my phone. My phone was gone. I told the staff they were useless. As most of the employees are very young. When i request for them to check the camera staff stated they needed to find the manager that has the key to the video room. But once i stated i was going to call the police. They stated they will check the cameras, but i was not allowed to see the camera, only way I was allowed to see the cameras if the police were present. Once police came manager states only police can see camera. By the time police came and viewed the camera staff edited the footage. Because the police officer stated when they watched the footage they only saw my phone being placed down, then the phone disappears. No refund was offered to me for the time i paid to actually play in the park, but wasn't able to as i was waiting for staff to "find the manager" to view footage. I still think it was a staff member that stole my phone as the phone was turned back on when the trampoline park was closed (i noticed off find my iphone) If you decided to go to this park please leave your value items VERY close to you as I lost a Iphone XR never received an apology or update on if my phone was ever turned in. I had to request the police to go back and do additional investigation. I was really disappointed as I went there for a good time but fun was cut short due to this theft.
