Ice cream is pretty good but soooo expensive. I asked for 2 kids soft serve with sprinkles and they didn't say they didn't have kids so apparently I got size small. Price came out to over $15 crazy amount for 2 tiny soft serves. Love the location but will not be going here too often!! read more

Enjoyed a recent stop in Spad's with my oldest son. The inside was clean, bright and very welcoming. We took our seats at the bar, other seating options are the "coffee corner" with couches, high tops and regular quad tables. The girl working was friendly and kept busy. I believe they use a combination of Uncle Dave's Ice Cream from Shady Brook Farms and Richman/Philly Water Ice Company. Their overall menu is extensive - hand dipped, milkshakes, soft serve, vegan, gelati, sundaes, sherbet, water ice, dole whipped soft serve, flurry and to-go treats. They are also serve food (some apps, smashburgers, dogs, tenders, fries cheesesteaks), and coffee/espresso/espresso based drinks. The Spad's favorite menu has almost 40 creative flavor combinations (prices between $7-$9) - the girl serving us said your getting 3-4 scoops of ice cream with those. I see either of these in my future off the menu - peanut butter overload $8.99 - Reese's PB cup fudge swirl ice cream topped with PB sauce, chopped Reese's PB cups, whipped cream & a cherry or a dirt Sundae - chocolate soft serve ice cream, crushed Oreo, chocolate syrup, gummi worms, whipped cream & a cherry $7.50. I had a spring seasonal 2 scoops of PB choc ice cream with a Reese's egg, PB sauce and whipped cream and he had a root beer float. My sons Root Beer float was $6 and came in a large cup. He was very happy with it. Check out their Facebook page for events. They do a lot of themed events for the kids with some characters in costume. So I specifically went to this place because I am lactose intolerant and they advertised as having "vegan ice cream". When we arrived in the store I looked around and couldn't find their vegan ice cream flavors. I saw a sign stating that they sold vegan ice cream pints, but again no sign of flavors. At this point my husband asks " what vegan flavors do you have?". The counter girl looks confused and asks another counter person. She responds "water ice". I instantly became irritated as water ice is not vegan ice cream. I drove out of my way to check this place too. I will never be back and I hope this place stops false advertising. read more

I went there after they opened probably mid 2022. I got a small hand dipped scoop. When they handed me the tiny cup with a equally small scoop of ice cream I was disappointed but not as disappointed when they told me the price! Seven dollars and change! That was the first and last time I was there. A lot of other places that give you more for less. read more

Stopped in here after dinner for a sweet treat. Staff is very friendly and the shop itself is very clean. Icecream is a bit pricy however I was already anticipating that due to the location. Great place to come to if your looking for something sweet or want to enjoy dessert after dinner. read more

I debated whether or not to write this review because it's a new business and I want to support businesses in Bristol but WOW...STICKER SHOCK! We had 2 pint sundae's each with 2 toppings and a large sundae with 3 toppings... $33!! That's too expensive for us in this economy. We had the exact same thing 2 weeks ago at another establishment in the area and it was $16. It would be helpful to have a large menu posted on the wall. Since they just opened maybe that's in the works. Right now it's a piece of paper at the register. We would have ordered differently had we known the price. The ice cream was good but for that price it should be packed into the cup. The large sundae only had 2 scoops. My sundae had too much open space and sparce toppings. I had to ask for it to be fixed and it was. They need to press down each scoop of ice cream so the cup gets completely filled. The staff is very young and probably still training.  I'm glad Bristol has an ice cream place but unfortunately we won't be there too often. read more

Decided to check this place out after going to el limon right around the corner. Staff are friendly and place is clean. Decent selection of hard ice cream. Went with three scoop "regular" all different flavors. The scoops are SO TINY! For five bucks its definitely not worth it. If open, Papas Pretzel place has a far better value and way bigger portions. Problem is Papas closes between 5-7 pm. Don't think I'll return to this place. read more

Cutie little spot, good selection of flavors and friendly staff but the serving sizes and prices are way too much, for a strawberry shortcake,banana foster and 2 kid size ice creams with 2 toppings each....$33! Tried this ice cream place out since it was a short drive away and wow for $33 ..We purchased 2 Kid Cups with a topping, banana foster sundae ( which was small) and a strawberry shortcake ( with hard tiny cake pieces) . Most places you automaticallyget whip cream and a cherry but not here, they charged $1.29 for whip cream on the kiddie cups SMH....this was so disappointing and not worth $33....First and Last time for us.. read more

They have really good ice cream and all sorts of different things to choose from and now they have a full lunch/dinner menu. The prices can be a bit high so be ready for it, but everything is good. They always have different specials and themes for the seasons and such. Everything's expensive anymore, it's not exactly surprising that ice cream is too. The owners are really friendly and so is the rest of their staff. We regularly stop in or order on GrubHub when we can't make it up there. read more

My son & I had a lot of food & it was all delicious. We had tempura broccoli, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo chicken loaded fries. We both had burgers. My son ordered something he thought was a milkshake & it turned out to be a sundae. The girl blended it into a milkshake for him. She was very sweet. The only downside was the plastic tablecloth. Cute little ice cream shop. I personally love their hand dipped ice cream and like that they have interesting flavors. Their wall behind the counter lists many different recommendations and sundaes to try. Their portion sizes may have changed with inflation, but I like stopping here when I'm in the area. read more
