The time flew by so fast and in such a short time I know that I definitely learned much more than I ever did before. I took a basic Spanish class a while back in HS but only learned how to say a few words. These private lessons are offered out of Maria's home office and truly afforded me the personal attention I needed to learn much more than I ever have previously. Nonetheless, we still have so much more to learn and a long road ahead of us to become fully fluent. Maria is a very encouraging, smart, kind and patient teacher. She helped us with our pronunciation and introduced us to conjugating several verbs and taught us many new nouns and adjectives. At the end of five weeks we were able to structure a few basic sentences. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the private lessons and wish I could afford to keep going until I become an expert. If you are able to take private lessons with Maria, you will indeed learn a lot. She is a terrific teacher and I would recommend her.

I've never taken another language class before and the idea intimidated me. Peggy (the owner) sat with me to learn about me, my needs and preferences and to explain how the courses work. She gave me an introductory lesson and set me up with an amazing Spanish teacher Miriam. I learned very quickly and always looked forward to class. When something came up, Peggy and Miriam were easy to work with and very flexible. A perfect example of how helpful and amazing Peggy and the school are: After taking a bunch of courses in Spanish and starting to get a handle on the language, I met and fell in love with my girlfriend from Brazil. My needs changed overnight and when I called Peggy to tell her, she spent hours setting me up with a Portuguese class that fit my schedule and knowledge level. This center, already in the first year of study, brought me closer to the dream - to go to study in Japan, presented interesting people and gave me hope for the fulfillment of my dream. I will recommend this center to friends, relatives and just those people who want to learn foreign languages. The only drawback is the impossibility of contacting a teacher outside the center and all questions (regarding the language) have to be resolved through the manager.
