I knew it would be a busy day, hence the reservation. I understand things were likely hectic for all the workers and I do emphasize with that. First issue was having to still wait for a table to open up as no table was actually being held. They were out of so many items we wanted to order. My fiancé ordered the duck bacon burger, yet they were out of the duck bacon and said they were substituting with standard bacon instead, and still charged the full $20. I understand items sell out, especially on busy days, but it seems a bit unfair to make the customer pay the same premium price for a lesser quality substitution they had no choice in choosing. Server brought the wrong drink, but my fiancé did not tell me until after we left or we would have said something. It was not a terrible experience and I've always raved about this place, but definitely feeling a bit disappointed considering how expensive it is to dine here.
