They explained it very thoroughly, which helped put us at ease. They were also so good with our son; I know that I always assume that people who work at a children's hospital will be good with children, but I've had some experiences in the past at other hospitals/clinics in which that has not been the case, but everyone we interacted with at Shriners today from the reception/security desk to the registration desk all the way to the care team and cast application team was top notch and very friendly and professional. We were very happy with the level of care that our son received and the extremely pleasant demeanor of all the staff we interacted with. This hospital has helped restore a little of my faith in the medical community and I highly recommend it. The home is very clean/quiet and compfortable compared to other facilities I have been to. If I were ever to need this service again, this is where I would go without hesitation.
