Who orders a spinach smoothie and leaves off the spinach? Number two. The order came to $11 and change. I paid $21 and $1.00 ish tip. I expected to get a $10 bill back. I got a $5 and $5 ratty ones. I asked for another 5 or a 10 in exchange. "Can't open the register." Very frustrating. My advice? Order in the app or walk up.

As long as their attitude isn't bad, I just brush it off and hope my next experience is better. So today my order was taken by Harley, who was the only person working(this store is almost always understaffed, causing long waits and people walking out that get tired of waiting). I placed my coffee order and asked her if the muffins were fresh, to which she replied "I may have some back there," and started to total out my order. I asked if she could check and immediate attitude! Begrudgingly she walked to the back and let me know that she did have them fresh. After totalling me out I paid and tipped her over $3 which would've' been more if not for her attitude, and ZERO if I knew what would happen next. She started making my order and in between took another customer's order, which wasn't an issue, as 4 other customers had come in after me. When she had finished my drink, she set it on the counter and then handed the person who was next after me their drink and started to wash the blender that her drink had been prepared in. Still waiting on my muffins...so I asked if I could get the muffins and she ignored me and took the 2nd person after me's order and had him pay for it. Now I know she's f ing with me, and I ask AGAIN for the muffins. She says nothing to me, goes in the back, get the muffins and sets them down without even looking at me. When I asked her name, she barely spoke it, with a face full of attitude and walked right by. I used to work in the service industry and understand getting slammed, when you're by yourself, but the attitude from Harley was enough to keep me out of this place for good. I have worked within walking distance to this location for almost 12 years, and have spent thousands of dollars on coffee and pastries, etc. over those years. The ownership clearly does not care about this place, as they constantly under staff what is a fairly busy location. The Ballards, who own most of the PJ's in the New Orleans area, are customers of mine, and NONE of their stores are run as badly as this one. It's funny that they have a "rewards" program for loyal customers, and treat long time loyal customers with attitude and disrespect. Sorry for the long rant, but I won't deal with a workers horrible attitude...I see hundreds of local people every day, and I will tell all of them about today's experience with Harley.
