Spark Chisholm Creek is my go-to burger place. I like it because the food is always spot on, consistently delicious-especially that delicious potato bun-each visit and you can be in-and-out or chill and watch the Thunder game-they have several tvs-both inside and out. Dinner for two won't break the bank, so when we don't want to spend a lot, but still want yummy food, usually we head to Spark. I haven't had a dud here yet. My latest favorites are the Smashie with an order of queso fries for sharing. Get additional dipping sauces for the queso fries-their ranch, Spark sauce, mustard, and ketchup are excellent additions-yes, all of them, it's a whole sheet pan of fries. For my dining partner who's less enthusiastic about burgers, Spark knocks it out of the park here too. The Park Power Bowl or a Burger Bowl are delicious-both in the rotation. For me, they are very flavorful-consistently tasty, but lack that yummy potato burger bun, I guess that's the point of the bowl. Team Spark is great, they always greet us and wish us well when leaving which makes us want to come back. I can't count how many times we visited here in 2025--too many to count. I don't really do too much chain fast food, so for a fast casual affordable restaurant burger, Spark Chisholm Creek is my go-to spot. This Spark is in a great location in Chisholm Creek. I just love this area. Love this location, plenty of free parking. Close to the children's hill and slide. Service is good with an excellent manager. I ordered the pimento cheese with bacon one. Asked for well done and it was very good. Husband had the pineapple Jalapeno one and since I got a bite, it seemed good too. Now the fries....they are good by them self, crisp. We ordered the large Rumble fries for $14. I didn't pay attention it had raw onions and too small chopped up to easily remove. So not too many got eaten. I also didn't care for the meat crumbled, would of loved bacon instead.. Jalapeños were good. Sauce was good. Daughter got a order of pink fries for grandson, but not a fan of it. First off I'd like to communicate that I genuinely love this establishment and it has become if not biweekly a monthly spot for my mother and I to enjoy a meal together. One of my favorite employees recommended adding bacon on their monthly tater tot special, which was the best suggestion.. also smash burger on (April special) is a MUST TRY! I take pride and integrity with my reviews and have to be transparent why I'm leaving four stars instead of five. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've never had a bad experience there but within my last visit, my mother and I came in about an hour & change before close and with Sparks casual environment that is plenty of time to eat and not be that patron everyone in the hospitality knows who stays past hours of operation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Given everything said it was 15 minutes till close which, as a member of the hospitality industry, I do my closeouts within that timeframe too. The reason I am not giving Spark a five star review is due to the fact that the younger lady working chose to start sweeping and moving tables that were directly behind my mother and I instead of being courteous and starting closeouts farthest away from a patron finishing up in the dining room. I take pride within seven steps of service and my intention is to be transparent to protect the business & hopefully for management to communicate what proper industry etiquette is. I love this place so much now. I've only been twice but both times have been super yum. I got a spark burger bowl (I think?) the first time and the burger is nice and fat and juicy. The second time I got the rumble fries and it's really more of a shareable food than a single serve option cause I barely dented it and I was stuffed. We love Spark! We've been going to the Scissortail location since it opened. We are SO exited that a new location opened near us at Chisholm Creek! The interior of the restaurant is SO cute! It's colorful, fun, clean & has quite a bit of seating. They also offer a large patio with seating near the kids play area. It's perfect for parents dining with (or without) their kids! All the food came out quickly, the burgers (& my burger bowl) were fresh & delicious! The food came out quickly, the staff was very thorough and our entire experience at the new location was amazing! I've been to the other location and also felt this restaurant has good burgers and fries. I came this time for a quick snack so got the fries with the pink sauce. My boy got the chicken with fries. The service was good, employees kept busy, keeping area clean, collecting trays from tables. We ordered 2 single patty spark burgers, added onions, with 1 order of bacon cheddar fries, and 2 vanilla custards with hot fudge and banana. Disappounted the burgers had no flavor, I could not taste the spark sauce, it was in there, it just didn't make a difference. The bacon cheese fries were supposed to have bacon, chives and melted cheese, no mention of queso. The fries ended up with no melted cheese, a splash of queso instead, they seemed dry, not well balanced for the combination. My husband thought the custard was okay. I was not a fan of the custard at all. Flavor reminded me of sugar free cool whip. I think this place is centered more so for the younger generation, the style of the hamburger, and custard reminded me of Freddy's frozen custard and steak burger just lacking flavor. Would I eat there again? Probably not, price is a bit high, for the quality and flavor. Something about their food hits me right in the feel-good part of my brain because, as far as I can tell, they're not doing anything overtly fancy with their food. It's just fresh ingredients, freshly made at a rapid pace. I've been enjoying Chisholm Creek's growth into a one-stop shop for basically all food types and Spark's introduction to this space fits perfectly. Tonight was my 6th time to order takeout at this location. As usual, the cashier, whom I did not catch her name, was extremely courteous and patient while I placed our family's order. 5 burgers (all customized), 3 fries, and 4 shakes (one for a peanut allergy). She took the time to write special instructions for it. When the order was ready she brought it to me with a smile. At home, to my surprise, one of the burgers was missing meat and cheese. Only the bun and veggies made it home. Upon calling Spark, the manager apologized, offered to credit the burger and make a fresh one. I gladly accepted and promptly returned to the store. Once I pulled up, that same cashier aka the manager greeted me at the curb with a fresh burger, an apology, gift cards for a free burger and custard and a smile. I'm giving Spark a 6.5/10. My husband and I had the Spark Burger - mine without the bun, and the spark fries. I wish the burger patty was actually seasoned and had a better quality cheese. The spark fries were decent and had a fair amount of toppings, however, it did have ground beef and it was unseasoned as well. My daughter had the corny dog and it was the best item we ordered! The breading was amazing. We didn't require much service, although the ladies at the counter were friendly and we did not have to worry about cleaning after ourselves as there were plenty of servers. The layout was cool, with vibrant colors on the chairs and walls. I also love that they had outdoor seating. This place seems like maybe somewhere to come for a quick snack, as the food is mediocre. My husband and I tried out the new Sparks location and were pleasantly surprised! A meal for two will probably put you around 35$. It was a little busy and just expect kids/families that will go to this location since it is in a family-friendly area. Everything looked clean and it has a self-service drink station. We both tried the chicken sandwich and the fries. Everything was cooked very well. I do think it's very similar and a bit lesser in flavor to a place like Tucker's, but the draw to this location is definitely the area and proximity to other Chisholm Creek businesses.
