I wish I found this place a long time ago. I injured my rotator cuff and saw my orthopedic doc right before, and he mentioned he could do surgery on my shoulder. However, when I came to the Stem X group, they talked about how much damage would be done if I had had surgery, and walked me through PRP right there. I had a new patient appointment with Dr Campbell, a great listener, and very thorough....She seemed to have a lot of good training and we were definitely on the same page medically. I made an appointment to analyze my nutrition as far as food sensitivities and potential allergies. They scheduled the blood draw right after your consultation which is really convenient. Long review. Prepare yourself. TL:DR: The owner of Spark has done the leg work & research that you're not going to do. He's had the top IV and holistic health doctors influence his business decisions. Come here and have him fix your life. I've been lusting over a PRP facial for an unreal amount of time. I've hesitated on booking one because I never felt comfortable and trusting of the staff at any of the med spas I frequent. I chose Spark Health through Yelp and their Yelp reviews speak for themselves. Spark offers not only IV bags, vitamin shots, PRP facials and vitamins/supplements, they offer diet advice and full blood analysis help. So onto my facial. Holly at the front desk was really helpful in checking me in and helping me choose my IV to do before my facial. They offer a variety of espressos and tea, which just tops the cake for me. The owner actually sat with me when I received my detox vitamin IV bag. That's so cool. This extra touch of effort is exactly what I've been looking for in a health spa. The entire experience, from being checked in in a familiar way, to feeling so comfortable with Dr. Bradshaw to finally the farewell portion of the appointment was incredible. At Spark I found out that the vitamin IV bags that they offer are chock full of vitamins. At other places they only give you a few basic vitamins, like the 4 basic ones while Spark does 18. They have their mixtures provided by the top doctor in the country. Dr. Bradshaw's bedside manner is flawless. She's so pretty and I really felt an emotional connection with how passionate she is at her job. The facial was better than expected and I wish I had found this place sooner. I just think that with the legwork that they've done at Spark, it would be silly to go anywhere else. They really know what they're doing here. The ladies at the front were so warm and welcoming and got me going with my blood work right away. I arrived early and the doctor saw me early, which was awesome!!!! I've always been very squeamish about needles, IVs and anything that has to do with very sharp things near my body. When I went to my initial consultation at Spark I was very much put at ease. Nicole, the nurse was absolutely wonderful. She gave me a shot and also took my blood and it was no big deal. I barely felt a prick. She was also very calming and sensitive to my apprehension. Dr. C was also wonderful. My consultation with her was unlike any other doctor appointment I've been to, which are usually very "down to business" and less about what REALLY matters to me. Dr. C was ONLY interested in what was most important to me and what my health goals were. When we reviewed my blood test results, it was obvious that she knew what she was talking about. She was very knowledgeable about every little test result and put things in layman's terms so I could understand what was really going on with my body. I originally went in for IV therapy after have a horrible bout of food poisoning. I was so dehydrated and the IV bag brought me back to life. Average rating for this clinic because while everyone was friendly and this is a killer place to get vitamin IVs, I would not recommend this place if you want care beyond that. I worked with Dr.Zeglan who is smart and sweet, she had me take an allergy test, a full blood panel and a Sibo test which at the time seemed promising and like I was being listened to. I ended up going through 4 back to back rounds of antibiotics and a very strict diet of meat and eggs for 9 months. While my case of sibo may be bad, one would have to question whether there was a different underlying cause... my gut flora is completely diminished. I came from a plant based diet before this protocol to being put on the carnivorous diet, I ended up getting sick 6 times this last winter and had to take many weeks off from work. I told Dr.Z I was going to take a break and do the interm diet between the fourth and fifth round of antibiotics which fell right before quarantine, I haven't heard anything from her or Spark since. I would hope that they would at least check in on their other patients during this time, and I was the odd one out. I ended up doing more of my own research and going to a gastroenterologist. read more

I was able to combine an IV with different fluids that my body specifically needed( I wasn't feeling well at all but I also wanted something for my workout performance) This office is clean, cute, and the staff has great energy which is always an additional blessing when getting services done. I still hear/feel my bones scraping together. I still limp when I walk. DO NOT waste your money on trying this treatment. The staff is not very friendly either. read more

Update: I had provided a negative review below. I am updating my review to a 3 (which I consider as neutral). I am still not happy with the experience I had, but I saw my dentist today and she told me about the in-depth conversation she had with the Spark clinic director, and the clinic director was open to her feedback and is planning to make some changes in their process for PRF, so I find that encouraging. ******** Very negative experience. My biological dentist referred me to Spark Health to get blood drawn and centrifuged into PRF to be used during a tooth extraction to give my body and bone the best chance possible for healing. Problem 1: The phlebotomist had to poke me 4 times for 2 viles of blood (I have never had this happen before and she seemed inexperienced and distracted). Problem 2: I took the blood viles to the dentist exactly as instructed, but the dentist discovered during the procedure that there was a problem with the blood, and it was not usable PRF. Problem 3: When I spoke with Spark Health later that day by phone, they were fine about refunding my money, but the phlebotomist kept trying to blame me saying perhaps I had shaken the viles (I did not) or that maybe I inverted the viles (I did not) or perhaps the heat was a problem (if that was a potential problem they should have included ice packs). Problem 4: when we spoke with the owner/clinic director, she kept over-talking my husband and just like her staff, kept trying to find ways to blame me for the problem. Finally at the end of a very tense call, she did apologize to us and explained that in some cases, blood just doesn't work as they expect it to, and that she would talk to her staff so they can set expectations and communicate more appropriately when a problem like this happens. If this had been done in the beginning of the call, I might have at least given them 2 stars. Overall, I think they need more experienced phlebotomists and I think everyone, including the owner, needs lessons on how to provide customer service. read more

I had tried some IV infusions (vitamins/minerals/etc) at another facility before and had not had good results. When a friend recommended I join him for a session at Spark I demurred at first. Only after his insisting did I give in and try Spark. I am SO glad I did. I have some chronic medical conditions that are not fun, and I struggle with fatigue, and cloudy thinking. While the infusions at Spark are not necessarily a "cure" for my conditions, they certainly provide relief and a respite. Mostly I feel less fatigued immediately following a session and there is some lifting of foggy brain that I have most of the time. Again, not a cure but it certainly provides some relief. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I'm glad I paid attention to my friend. Humpty Dumpty has nothing on me - thanks to Spark Health and PRP. Spark Health has been an absolute lifesaver to me over this past year. I was initially treated for turf toe and both ankles for instability. After 1 PRP treatment, I was back in action and was able to return to teaching spinning class and snowboarding.. Through a sequence of unfortunate events, I ended up sustaining multiple injuries to my shoulder, low back, pelvis and hip. I saw 3 different physical therapists, a chiropractor, two orthopedic surgeons, a physical medicine doctor and an acupuncturist; all leaving me with no answers, increased pain and having spent thousands of dollars with no results, just worsening of symptoms. I have Ehlers-Danlos so for me surgery is never the best option nor does it target areas I need the most help with. I am so grateful to the doctors at Spark for their global approach to getting me put back together. After just one PRP treatment to the pelvis and lower back, I had more than 70% improvement and will probably need only one other injection there. Spark Health pretty much saved my life. Last year, I had mental and physical health problems come out of nowhere. They were very severe. I saw many traditional doctors who really could not give me any explanation for my issues or provide any solutions to me. They only gave me a bunch of prescriptions. I met with Dr.Cicerone at Spark who spent a lot of time listening to me explain what I was going through. She provided me with nutrition help, emotional support, and came up with a health plan for me. She had me do 4 different types of lab tests. After my results from the labs came back, she thoroughly went over all of my results which finally gave an explanation to my issues AND she provided me with the exact supplements to fix these issues. She did many follow up calls with me and she showed me she really cares about my health, which is HUGE for me to get from a doctor who I know has many patients. I love everything about Spark. it is clean, efficient, everyone is incredibly friendly. It is pricey, but I don't regret one penny I spent there, I'm just thankful to be healthy. Just a comment on the response from Spark Health - again, seeming to blame me for not getting good results from their care. I understand wanting to defend one's practice, but let's stick to the facts. They said they do test for reverse T3 and "it is up to the patients to follow through with doing those tests." What does that mean? They draw the blood right there in the office, and I had 5 blood draws done in 6 months. How could I possibly have not followed up with doing that test IF they ordered it? Check my records, dudes, you know you never ordered a reverse T3 test during that year that I was your patient. Their comment that sometimes patients feel worse before they get better? I think that can happen in the short run but not after a year of treatment. I spent hundreds of dollars on your tests, supplements, and treatments dudes. Felt worse after a year of treatment than when I first arrived. I'm now feeling better again under someone else's care (Bronner Handwerger). Now on Nature-throid, now taking added liothyronine (T3) to manage the reverse T3 ratio that was not good when I left your care (ratio was at 10.10 when good is over 20 - now it's over 20). Sparks Health is a unique place...stopped in last Saturday morning (I work during week so great to have Saturday hours) for a vitamin shot as I was feeling under the weather. I was nervous but the second I walked in and spoke with the lovely receptionist I was put at ease. she and the nice female doctor answered all my 101 questions without getting impatient!!!
