I have been seeing Dr. Stengler since late 2021. I have been regularly taking the Stengler Supreme Multi and Collagen supplements over the last several years. I also recently started taking the Thyroid Wellness and the Vitamin D3+K2, based on analysis of my blood work by Dr. Stengler. My most recent blood work, after having taken the newest supplements for about two months, showed an improvement for my hormone, thyroid and Vitamin D markers. I will be retesting again in six months, to verify that each of these markers continue to improve with the daily supplements. They charge an exorbitant amount for a few appointments, schedule tests, sell you supplements made by them, and fail to provide a comprehensive picture of health or solutions that manage what the tests at their most basic level suggest. If they don't sell the supplement, good luck getting a solution from them. Can't get an Rx or an over the counter recommendation unless they sell the solution themselves. The front desk is very rude. You will have to wait in the phone for 15 minutes and then they tell you they will call you back. Expect to get no solution from phone tag for 2 weeks+. read more

I ordered three containers of the GUT Wellness Powder after I watched the video. The first time I added the powder to water and next time to Almond Milk. The taste is terrible. Then I called and was told I could put it in any beverage. It doesn't dissolve easily. I travel a lot, and there's no way I could make this product work on the road. When I called to return the three jars, I was told I could only return the unopened ones. This is a rip off. Do not get taken in. I went to Dr. Stengler because i had a very bad gut infection.i was very sick from it.i took in all the labs and GI mapping results which confirmed i had 2 different kinds f bactria in my gut as well as H Pylori. Dr. Stengler reviewed all my labs and test results and told me go to ER and have them perform a CAT scan of my gut. No medication No supplements and charged me $500.00. My advice if you are really sick avoid his medical advise or lack of. There are many good Naturapaths in San Diego County. Dr. Stengler is not on that list. read more
