They spammed my phone. I have no idea how they got my private cell phone number but they knew my phone number and address.

Sends out unsolicited spam texts at 8am on a Saturday from a fake number. About a property I don't even own. Ridiculous marketing scheme.

We moved across the country on June 4, six weeks after reporting the issue, and the gas leak was still ongoing. A contractor later told us the levels were severe enough that we were fortunate a major incident had not occurred. The owner's contractor also improperly replaced the gas line with an undersized one, according to Spire, and I was the person contacting Spire throughout the process. They let me know that the pipe the contractor replaced was 1/4th inch too small and could lead to carbon monoxide or gas buildup in the lines. During the nine months we lived there, two additional gas leaks occurred in other areas of the system. After spending over $10,000 to move and paying rent for May while the house sat vacant, Stephanie Olsen told me over the phone that "this isn't working out" and that we would need to find another place if we continued being "ungrateful." We ultimately moved out early after 10 months, and paid April 2026 rent while the property was vacant and we were in a new rental. The house itself had numerous issues: filthy vents filled with years of dust and mold, insect infestations (basement had roaches, beetles and grasshoppers) requiring extermination, and a failing sump pump system with drain flies that contributed to a very strong basement odor. The home was at times uninhabitable due to the gas smell, causing headaches and dizziness for both me and my Mom, and we paid out of pocket for hotel stays. This experience was emotionally and financially exhausting. After being threatened with eviction, do you really think I felt comfortable reporting every issue with the house? Of course not. So we financially covered multiple issues due to fear of retaliation.

( fire department had no record) We moved from across the country on June 4th . The gas leak was ongoing. The contractor hired by the owner was incompetent and replaced the gas line with too small of a line per spire. And I'm the one who contacted spire every time . We went on to have 2 more gas leaks in the 9 months we lived in this home . At other areas of the gas system. Stephanie Olsen definitely threatened to let me out of my lease in June when we spoke on the phone after I had just spent $8,000 dollars and payed rent for May( while the house was vacant). And no one would be happy with this situation. We left early and payed for April of this year while the house was vacant. This company and the homes owner were awful. Stephanie literally screamed at me and threatened to evict me on the phone until I was in tears. The house was literally inhabitable due to the extremely strong smell of gas, which was causing headaches and dizziness for me and my son. We paid to stay in a hotel. The vents were filthy with dust and mold that had not been cleaned for years. We had to pay for an exterminator due to a hornet and grasshopper infestation, a plumber for a failing sump pit motor infested with drain flies / worms, which also contributed to the basement odor. The list goes on but my point is - this was a nightmare both emotionally and financially for us. Do you really think I'm going to report every issue wrong with the home after I was threatened with eviction? Obviously not.

Frank was very professional, friendly, funny, and helped me out several times. The house I lived in had owners who were hesitant or unavailable to approve a repair (or spend the money to do things properly) unfortunately, so when there was a issue once with a leak that was going into my neighbors apt, I had to wait weeks while the two hashed out a solution, which sucked because I really couldnt use a sink, but that wasnt really Frontiers fault and it was during the pandemic so, alls forgiven. In fact, Frontier maintenance really took care of me, The only real issue I had with them was when i first moved in, agent said I would have to provide my own window ac units,, but no worries, that maintenance would install them for me if I put in a request online. I did that but was then billed 70 dollars the next month on top of my rent? The showing agent never said "FOR FREE", but definitely talked like because I had to provide my own air, they would hook me up by installing them for me. Also no mention of a price was brought up by her or when i requested the installation online. Why would I not be able to approve the amount they were charging if there is a fee? lol I would have just done it myself. They could have charged me anything! When i saw that my rent was 70 more, I called and left a message asking why I was charged, and no one ever called me back. I had to really dig to find out what the xtra money was even for by clicking on a bunch of tabs, it was not evident on main screen at all. I didnt make a big issue about it because my rent was cheap, so I dropped it and paid the bill, but make sure if maintenance is coming out to do move in stuff, clarify and ask before you assume anything is included or free!

I have not heard back. So unprofessional. Even though we are leaving the apartment better than we received it, I am concerned about getting my security deposit back. On top of this, they once left us with a leaking ceiling for about a month before they sent someone out.

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our decision to work with Dan to help us find and secure our new Saint Louis home. WE DID OUR RESEARCH We did research on about 10 different realtors, interviewed 4, and Dan Brassil was our clear choice. We picked him as he gave an immediate sense of comfort and confidence through his professionalism and deep knowledge of the real estate industry and home buying/selling overall. WORKED ON A TIGHT TIMELINE As out-of-state home buyers, we knew we needed someone who we could trust to have our backs and was equipped to manage virtual home tours and work on our tight schedule. This was a super important factor especially since we only had 2 months to close on a home. GREAT LISTENER & HIGHLY RESPONSIVE Dan listened to all of our preferences, set up our MLS portal in no time, and was incredibly responsive to all the homes we favorited and pointed to the pros and cons of listings we were considering across multiple dimensions like the neighborhood, construction quality, and more. MASTER COORDINATOR OF HOME TOURS We planned one visit to Saint Louis and Dan had lined up 8 homes for us to tour and scheduled them in a way that was most efficient and convenient for our flight schedule. We were highly impressed with his ability to coordinate all the private showings in such a streamlined manner. KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HOME BUILD QUALITY Every home we visited Dan educated us on home construction and pointed out critical facets to watch out for: from the foundation, to drainage, ducting, the types of wiring, flooring, basement integrity, sump drains, cracks in walls, down to the types of bolts used on the deck. Amazing! OUT-OF-STATE FRIENDLY As out-of-state buyers he visited homes on our behalf with his camera and a gyroscope, and uploaded videos to YouTube for us to review in a very timely manner. He made sure to cover every nook and cranny of interest and the virtual tours made us feel like we were actually there. PRIORITIZES YOUR BEST INTERESTS Dan was also highly proficient when it came time to make offers on homes, and had a strong sense of fair market valuations based on comps, and was able to figure out what a strong competitive offer would be based on seller agent intel, and what was just unreasonable. NO-FRILLS NEGOTIATOR When it came time to negotiate the terms of our agreement Dan always gave us multiple options to consider, laid out the pros and cons of each path, and shared his best recommendation. He always made us feel like we were in control even in tough situations. AMAZING NETWORK AND CONNECTIONS Dan is also highly networked in the real estate and home repair ecosystem and put us in touch with an amazing lender, title company, inspectors, and even helped us coordinate minor and more major repairs on the home with high quality contractors we knew we could trust. PERSONAL TOUCH With Dan we didn't feel like our home buying process was transactional in nature. He was always incredibly professional and highly personable and was a pleasure to work with. He made sure we were comfortable in our new home and also offered tons of local recommendations! OUR VERDICT: DAN IS THE MAN! Looking for a realtor you can trust to meet your goals, someone who is highly knowledgeable and professional, knows how to quickly navigate those inevitable curve balls, and always has your best interests in heart and mind? Then go with Dan - 10/10 couldn't recommend more!
