Where they are located right on the Concord Hospital Campus, this was helpful. I was in no shape for a long ride ANYWHERE. They had me settled and medicated for my pain in no time. I'll just say this, the staff to patient ratio is amazing. Their quality, the same. I will never go anywhere else. Like folks say, if it works, don't fix it. Quick note on the food there. I'm a diabetic. I'm 6' 8" tall, over 300 lbs., and 67 years old. Because of my poor health (no surprise) I've had to give up smoking, drinking, etc... What's left...? Food, dining, cooking, etc... Yes, I'm pretty obsessed with my mealtimes. After a couple of "miscommunications" at the start, this team of food pros really came through for me. Once they figured me out and what I was HOPING for, they delivered. That's a first for me. We went high on the proteins and veggies. I couldn't have been happier. I didn't want to go back home. They never treated me anything like a, "oh no, it's YOU again!" Folks, if you can be a pest from time to time, their splendid treatment of me is RARE. Bottom Line! I'm not easy to take care of. They made it look easy because of their COMPETENCE! An important word these days. Some have no idea what it even means. Well these folks do and I couldn't have been happier there.

I am very glad I was recommended Speech Pathology at Parkland Rehabilitation with SPL David Kenney…read moreby my doctor. He was able to help me get my new voice after losing my voice from getting sick and then getting laryngitis. I am on the phone all day in my full-time work in sales, so it was imperative I took the time to get the strength I needed before returning to 40 hours a week of speaking. It took three months of intermittent therapy in order for me to regain my vocals full-time. David was very open about each stage I went through in order to ensure I was completely aware of what I am supposed to do and what I should expect, even if it meant unknowns because some areas were unpredictable and I needed to be prepared. My attending doctor also made certain I was aware that once I started back at work with his official release, that nothing was certain about how well my voice will hold up or not. So, I asked to retain David's therapy until I was absolutely comfortable and confident that my voice would not relapse or drop in strength or ability. I appreciate also that David shared his personal challenges with voice needs which reiterated the work we had accomplished with me illustrating he was well-versed in what he was having me practice. After I started back at work officially, I ensured I took full advantage of the warm up worksheets David provided me from the beginning of our sessions to the last ones. It was extremely valuable. I cried so much and so many times thinking I lost my voice for good. David was so well-informed and knowledgeable about his practices that I was able to restore my vocals with his personal and professional experience. I cannot thank him enough for helping me understand the importance of vocal care and its reciprocating health. Everyone knows this or that, but until you are unable to speak, you will be unable to know the extreme pain it brings you when it affects your passion, mine being a singer/songwriter for over 30 years. My passion was on the line, and he helped me gain it back with even better vocals than I had prior to. In fact, I am now at the same or better level as I was in college when taking vocal courses weekly and winning contests. It's now up to me to never let go of all that he and my doctors helped me reclaim through David's warm-ups - that I still do daily - and overall cognizance of my vocal health throughout my life.

Would give negative stars if I could! avoid at all costs! I would not send my worse nightmare here…read moreif there life depended on it! Several issues: 1. I don't know how anyone expects your kids to make progress when they cancel appointments left and right especially at the last minute. 2. They tell you they want to teach you things to "work on at home" with your child but then when you try to ask for things they either completely ignore you or just tell you that they are working with your child and refuse to answer your questions or teach you anything. 3. They are completely rude and disrespectful and when you try to voice concerns they tell you they will no longer provide services for you. So if you want to be able to explain what you see at home, PLEASE go somewhere else. Their favorite line is "well I don't care because that's not what I see the hour a week that your child is here." 4. They do completely inaccurate reviews just so that they can dismiss you from services. When you try to express your concerns, they ignore you and refuse to acknowledge the numerous calls or emails you've sent them the past 3 months. When you show other providers the evaluations, they laugh at how inaccurate things are. 5. They consistently bill insurance for the full session time but I don't think they came on time to a session even once. And when you try to help and ask if a different time would be better for them, they just ignore you. 6. They release eval without responding to you about your concerns with it and even after you tell them that they do not have permission to release it! 7. They do the exact same thing for every visit and then say that your child has improved because they can do the item after 6 months of doing nothing else! 8. They disregard drs notes with diagnoses and evaluations because "they don't see it". Note--other providers in the industry that I have talked to also have very strong negative feelings about this company. Again I would NOT send my worst nightmare here! AVOID this place at ALL COSTS!

My Vietnam Veteran brother was a patient at the VA hospital in White River Junction, VT. He was…read morebeing treated for Lymphoma; a serious disease that required him to undergo numerous chemotherapy sessions. In between treatments, he was a patient at Hanover Terrace, which was chosen for its location close to the VA hospital, and also because he needed physical therapy. He died two weeks ago from pneumonia and a generalized toxicity. His family does not believe he received adequate care at Hanover Terrace. The facility appears to us to be understaffed, causing patient care to suffer. My brother reportedly refused physical therapy because he did not feel well. The staff did not persist, even though he was a patient there because of his need for therapy. They are the professionals; could they not have tried to motivate him? When we were with him, he was very rarely visited by staff, and the few times they did come into his room, we did not see them wash their hands. His resistance to disease was reduced because of the chemo, yet it seems little effort was made to prevent him being infected by the staff. Keep in mind; it was pneumonia that eventually killed him. Added to all this, a few weeks earlier he was so sick he was sent to the ICU at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Hanover, NH. He was near death, but recovered. With such a medical history, one would expect Hanover Terrace to have given him a higher level of care. Our family does NOT recommend Hanover Terrace.

I love to ski, bike, swim, run, paddle, lift weights, do yoga etc and I'm not willing to give anything up!! Enter Dr. Greg. He's an athlete and he totally gets it! He works as hard as I do to make sure I get results & feel better. He is personable, professional, and totally focuses on me during my treatment. I've had other PT before but didn't feel like it helped much. I hadn't experienced dry needling, manipulation, or the Graston tool until working with Greg. These techniques have now helped not only my shoulder, but my IT band pain and some other nagging issues as well! This is definitely a step up from the traditional physical therapy I've had in the past!
