The concept is fine, pick a package and pay at the kiosk, stay in the car, go through the wash and pull out. Then the expectation is you will pull over to a vacuum and dry the car yourself. If i feel like doing it myself I'll do it at home and do a nice job. $13 for a basic exterior wash was fine I guess although I had to go home and clean the spots that weren't cleaned and dry the car. FYI my car is two weeks old, was detailed prior to leaving the dealer and wasn't super dirty (see rear window pic after wash). For whatever it's worth the place is nice and new and they have lots of employees directing you.

Right away, I was greeted by one of the owners, Jeff, who was stocking shelves. It was great to see the owner so hands-on, and he couldn't have been more welcoming and informative. He introduced me to his partner Jorge and manager Brooks, and the whole team made me feel right at home. Despite how busy they were, I was blown away by how quickly they got my truck done--and the results were amazing! The team's attention to detail was impressive, and I've never seen so many people working together at a car wash--there had to be at least 20 staff members all working hard. I also loved the nostalgic candy, toys, and the huge selection of drinks and snacks. You can see why they have a 4.9-star rating--it's well deserved!
