I usually give this car wash my business but I will not be coming back. Usually I get the platinum. I get what I pay for. Just a quick clean. I don't have high expectations. But the kid Moe talked me into getting the most expensive car wash they offered. He said "detail" "5 dollars off. trust me. We will take care of you" mind you my car was definitely in need of a good clean and wipe down. I thought okay I'll do the detail selection. Paid $200 for a ceramic coating service. The results lasted only 3 days. Returned to see what could be done and all I received was a bunch of shrugging of the shoulders. Waiting in line approximately 8 minutes, When the attendant approached my truck (Paulie) he said you want the platinum, right? I said no give me my usual the basic. He more or less tried to strong arm me stating the basic isnt available anymore that I had to get the platinum, which was over sixty dollars, very shady. First let me start with the good. The fact that it's a trackless system that moves your car thru the wash is great. I have a lowered car so I love this. Also much less chance of damaging wheels. And looks like wash curtains are changed and somewhat kept up to date. Never had an attitude from anyone. Always nice. So the other day I go and I'm the literally the first car. I get the ultimate super duper wash. Everything. It's not freezing out. And only two cars behind me. Absolutely no need for rush. Maybe take an extra minute on each car. Nope. As by my pics floor mat couldn't be put back properly and is still visibly dirty. The door trim right next to the mat still dirty. Half ass wipe down of dash. Dust & dirt still all over radio and instrument cluster. You can see where the admiral rag barley swiped under the top dash area. Never touched the center console area. As you can see the cup holder area messy. Transmission boot not touched dust & dirt still there. Doors not even looked at. All chrome still smugged and doors not wiped down at all. Its like people totally forgot to do half the work. No QC of the vehicle after. I don't have a Lambo or Ferrari ( place is peppered all over with high end cars that supposedly come there) but I can tell you I wasn't happy. And don't have time to waste and bitch at someone at 830 in the morning and then maybe they get back and do the job right finally. Attention to detail is needed desperately here Update: so I have been back 4 more times and they must read criticism. They have been doing a better job. But today I see some mechanical issues with the wash itself. So parts of the cars aren't getting washed. But finishing details have got a lil better. read more

This was one of the worst car washes I've ever had, and I paid more for this than for any other! None of the bird droppings came off in the wash, and they didn't even come off when they wiped the windshield and dried the car. The left they whole back of the car wet, dumped the wet floor mats into the car all warped and wrinkled so that I couldn't even drive without straightening them out. I will NEVER go back there again! I used to come to this car wash a lot but the past few times I came they did a terrible job i will no longer be going here I always get package 3 which pretty much includes everything it cost $22 and my car still comes out dirty with bugs all over my bumper and bird poop still on my car along with residue. Save yourself the aggravation. Went in and dropped $23 after tax for the most expensive package. When my car came out of the actual car wash the back of it still had soap on it. All they did was then run the soap around my car. Hand dried still left my car covered in water spots. I didn't expect perfect but I did expect my car to look washed.
