They charge a credit card processing fee without clearly disclosing it upfront. When checking in, they ask whether you're paying with cash or card, but they don't explain the additional fee. They also don't provide pricing unless you specifically ask. Otherwise, they hand you a ticket for their most expensive package and charge accordingly. I felt misled by the entire process. Good customer service starts with transparency, and that was lacking here. It feels terrible to leave feeling taken advantage of. He introduced me to his partner Jorge and manager Brooks, and the whole team made me feel right at home. Despite how busy they were, I was blown away by how quickly they got my truck done--and the results were amazing! The team's attention to detail was impressive, and I've never seen so many people working together at a car wash--there had to be at least 20 staff members all working hard. We took it to them after traveling from Pittsburgh to have it washed. We paid for their biggest package. They did not clean car! There were still bugs, dirt and oil on the car. They didnt even dry off the car. Also they scratched the car on the passenger side. I called and was told that would rectify this problem. I took it back the next day And left it with them. The scratches out that they caused are still there and the car is still dirty. Oil marks, bugs smears all over the windshield and car. It also looked like a dirty rag was used on the windshield.- smears everywhere!!!! Went in for an oil change. Hadn't been here for awhile. Didn't realize ownership had changed. 160$ FOR A 7 QUART OIL CHANGE! They didn't even change the filter! 6$ charge for using a credit card! Meanwhile there's places nearby doing them for $29.95! This place is a rip off. I wouldn't pull in to spit on the building if it was on fire after this. My fault for not making them get specific about the price before hand but they don't make that easy! They can't be in business long after this when the competition is charging 1/4th. I had my car washed today, 7/15, with the understanding that the Gold Pkg. at approximately $22 included interior and exterior. When i left, I travelled a short distance and my car would not move. It took me a while to figure out that someone had left the hood unlatched, so my alert system went off. When I got home, I noticed that the chrome wheels were still dirty, so I cleaned them myself. I called the office and was told that the business is under new management and that the Gold Package does not include wheels. What a joke! Do not patronize. Went here for an oil change. My vehicle takes an element type filter in which the technician had to order (Understood). I had the Mobile 1 oil change which is priced at 114.00, and includes 5 quarts of Mobile 1 and filter. When I received my bill, I noticed that I was charged an additional 14.99 for the filter. When I questioned why, I was told (By the cashier) that the element is different and isn't a filter, (Which is nonsense) but made no adjustment to my bill. Cashier was also a bit snarky. I have a membership at a car wash closer to my home and although they do a decent job, I always need to inspect my car for missed spots, streaks, how well did they get the rims clean. The guys at Prestige left no doubt. My car has never been so clean since it left the factory. Rims spotless, all glass perfect, no spots, no streaks. Went there with four tires that were in good condition and when I came out one of my back tires had at least one screw that was a half an inch long and a second screw that was almost 5 inches long. I had a letter from their employees stating they take full responsibility for the screws in my tires. F*** these guys. Put $5 in the change machine and got 5 quarters back. Called the after hours phone number on the machine and heard a phone ringing inside. The answering machine was full so I left a note politely giving my name number and situation. Slid the note right under the front door in plain sight to anyone who walked in. Nobody called me back. Cleaning mats and vacuuming front and trunk. 5 workers detailing. They removed and reinstalled the antennae so it would not be damaged. They tape the rear wiper blade so it is not damaged in the wash. Workers always friendly to their other workers and clients. Discounts for AARP and special day discounts. Coupons can be found in many places for discounts. Plenty of tire treatment applied after the wash. Wheels look nice. I have not had a bad experience here in 5 years.q read more
