Excellent response and service! Highly recommend Joseph. He is very articulate and focused. The vehicle had been driven from East to West Coast with a small dog so there was food and dog hair. It is completely gone and looks as good as driven off the showroom floor. Setting up an appointment for the other cars. You can't go wrong with Joseph. He treats your car like his own. Was originally quoted $225 for the whole car. Then requoted me $250 to get out certain stains. After about 4 hours of work, the engine was not even worked on. And areas of the car that wasn't wiped nor vacuumed. Very very disappointing. I'll never go back nor recommend to anyone read more

I was recommended from my neighbor two houses down who actually got an auto detail from Joseph last week! Decided it was my turn to really get my Mercedes cleaned up after just basically using the March and February rain to clean up my car. He was very professional when he arrived, came on time of course and was really cool to talk to. He got the interior of my car as well which now smells brand new like the day I got it, had a bunch of mess in the back and the carpets were getting sticky so he got that cleaned up as well. At first he canceled our first appt and I was a little worried but he was able to reschedule me to the next day. After the work was done my vehicle was completely clean and looked great. I talked to Joseph on a Wednesday and he came to my home on Saturday morning. Got there right on time! I explained that I wanted one car washed and waxed. the second car was a very recent purchase and I wanted an, in depth detailing on the exterior. He quoted me a, very reasonable price, I had expected to pay a little more! he worked on my cars for approximately 4.5 hours. My car is green but I suspect that it has never been as green as when Joseph finished it. in fact I had 2 compliments on how nice it looked the next day. I'm a very happy customer! I intend to call Joseph in the next couple of day to get my wife's car detailed on the inside. I will be, also, getting an estimate on monthly washing's! Oh, and my neighbor liked the outcome on my cars he'll be calling about getting his car(s) done. Can't recommend Joseph and Sparkle and Bling any higher! read more

My car was filthy with scratches due to crashing into the garage and he was able to take out the paint (which car washes didn't) so it's pretty unnoticeable now! He didn't overcharge me $400+ for a detail and it looks as clean as when I first bought my car! Was not disappointed with the amount of work and time of the two workers. it took about an hour and a half to two hours for them to finish my car. Unfortunately there was an incident where the owners generator stopped and I ended up having to go to their place to get my car detailed. Things happen and they shouldn't be punished for something that is out of their control. I am glad they came up with a solution and did the detailing at their own home and they were out in the sun doing so. Another incident happened where my side mirror fell off. I was afraid that there was going to be damages to the side mirror. If my side mirror was damaged, this business would have gotten a 1 star straight up and no tip. However, these things happen and if there is no issue or damage, then we are good. The mirror was fine and I am not going to let that affect the hard work that they put into my car. Other than that, the car felt new. Unfortunately they weren't able to get the bug stains off because the acidity of the bugs penetrated the coat of the car, which is fine and I would have to pay more to get it done.
