They did a great job and were very timely in their work. DON'T DON'T DON'T waste your time with this completely unprofessional POS! Advised us that due to the virus we needed to come to him for mobile detailing. Made an appointment for both of our cars, he wanted us at 7am; however, because we have a toddler, we made an 830am appointment. At 11pm on Saturday night he confirmed with us and sent us the address. We got up on Sunday morning, showered our child and got her ready. Cleaned out both cars and drove quite a ways to the Eastside of Lancaster. This detailer did not answer his door, his phone, his texts, or his business #. His neighbor informed us that the detailer was "up late". Thank gosh we were able to find a more reputable detailing business the same day to complete the job. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! read more

Reflections were the first to respond to me asking for a quote therefore I went with them and I do not regret it one bit. They arrived promptly when I scheduled at 8:30 am & I applaud them for taking their time to make sure my car was spotless even though it was about 40 degrees outside. This team (Rasjean, Justin & Gerardo) just detailed my 2017 Ram & 2018 Mazda, I'm very impressed, they had a great eye for detail, didn't miss a thing! Awesome customer service, very personable! They did a good job on the exterior but I was under the impression my detail would come with a seat cleaning and my seats were left nearly untouched not even wiped down for the cost I was hoping that would at least be done. I notified them and they apologized and gave me a free wash and leather condition for the mistake. When I got the rewash they yet again forgot to clean my seats and even wipe them down at least and never got the conditioning done they promised. I notified them again and just received no response. read more

Even though the guy who washed my car said he wasn't happy with the finished job because some dog hair didn't come out of the carpet, I WAS amazed at the work they did. Decent workers, wayyyy to expensive for what they do. They were very late after calling to say they would be 10 mins late. We paid for a detail but had to pay an additional 60.00 for a wax that took all of 20 mins (not even sure if they really waxed). A wax should be included in the monster price of a detail...I'm not dissatisfied with this place but not going to use them again. When we pay almost 400.00 for a service that service should be impeccable. The windows were not cleaned very well and they left a bird poop mark on the hood and window. read more

Great service, phone receptionist is always pope a sent to set up the detail appointment with and detailers pay attention to detail. They charge a very fair price to do details. I have used them to wash and wax my BMW convertible and my Ford F-250 as well as detail the engine compartments. I Have never been disappointed. Two thumbs up to the team. read more

Wow just wow! These guys are the best In town! They are professional and very courteous. They leave my Truck and my wife's car looking like new every time they touch them. So I'm sitting in my home office on a Saturday morning, looking out the window, and our neighbors are having their vehicles detailed by Reflections Mobile Detailing, and they're doing a great job, WOW! I'm thinking wouldn't it be nice to have someone detail our '56 T-bird and our '81 Mercedes SL, so I don't have to. My husband goes out to ask about pricing and we couldn't believe it was so reasonable, so we've got an appointment to have them detail our cars on Monday, so excited! This review is about a year over due. I had a brand new car which was unfortunately backed up into a week after purchasing it. I was able to get all the work fixed perfectly and paint job on the vehicle so it looked really nice after the accident, well fast forward to about month later I wrote this company to schedule a car wash. They never showed up to that appointment. They apologized said they over booked, offered a discount, and rescheduled me. This time they did show up & I wish they hadn't. All I asked for was the basic wash. They scratched my hood up bad bad bad. And rather then telling me they did all this extra work on the car. When I went to look at the car the guy immediately started bringing up how my paint job left some swirls in the paint (next to one of the scratches they left) & ignored them huge scratches. I paid them so they could leave because I knew they weren't going to be helpful. Once I contacted the owner on yelp they started to blame it on my paint job which even with the swirls a paint job leaves the paint smooth..... it doesn't scratch it.. they must've realized I was correct because they offered to buff it out. Unfortunately after seeing how they handled the situation and how unprofessional they were they were the last company I wanted to touch my car. After this I never let anyone wash my car, I would rather wash it myself. read more

I have been talking to these guys for a couple weeks now about a full detail on my truck. Due to the wind and being out of town it was hard to schedule. I called late this morning to go ahead and schedule and they were able to fit me in. They came out and I explained what I wanted. When the detail was complete, it looked like a brand new truck. I was surprised on how well they polished it and how smoothed the paint is. They stuck their neck out and even did some extras. read more

Plue the extra 1250 in those two weeks. To be able to spray it off in 8-10 minutes was a HUGE step up from the car washing I was doing on my old Dodge, I'll tell you that. The only issue you may see in the allotted photos below is that I did have to fight the Santa Ana winds yesterday, but it still came out beautiful for the time alotted. Thanks Steven! P.S. First, we were told the used turbo they installed was faulty. Insurance approved and paid for a replacement. Then we were told the catalytic converter was damaged due to the failed turbo -- insurance paid for that as well. When we were supposed to pick up the car again, there was no communication. After we followed up, we were suddenly told by Jessica the engine is now blown, allegedly due to damage from the turbo failure. Insurance denied that claim. Jessica stated she did not trust her own mechanic and wanted Ford to provide a second opinion, repeatedly assuring us nothing would be out of pocket. However, we later received a call from the dealership after they towed it there saying we would now need to authorize and pay until fault was determined -- completely contradicting what we were told. Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. At one point Jessica spoke negatively about her own mechanic, then later changed her position. When we asked for clarification, she was loud, argumentative, and accusatory instead of helpful. We have been without our vehicle for months and still lack clear answers or full documentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. I don't know how this shop was rated best in the AV! No manager has reached out to us during this process and their employee Jessica is rude, yells at customers, and hangs up the phone rather than take any accountability for the failed information she provided. We are still waiting for Jose the manager to contact us. Jessica stated we can talk to him or we can come into office to talk to her directly which we took as a threat. I am Looking into an attorney if things do not get resolved or explained and would recommend any shop then this one if you can!!

For mobile detailing / vehicle restoration, Reflection is the best in the AV (I've tried several)! Customer service was awesome, professionalism and attention to detail (no pun intended) is top notch! The crew was on time, understood what I was asking for and made my RAM 2500 MegaCab look brand new, inside and out. I have two large breed dogs I take everywhere and the guys from Reflections went above and beyond to get out all the dog hair from the backseat carpet. I'm very picky, when it comes to having my vehicles detailed. I've tried many other services and have often been disappointed. It's so frustrating to have your vehicle left with streaks or areas that are overlooked. I can go to a "drive through" car wash, for that! Reflections, never disappoints! This group are incredibly professional. They come when they say they come and stay until the job is done completely. There was one time that a detail took longer than expected and they turned on their flood lights and washed my jeep in the dark. Mario and his team accommodated us and we appreciate that. We needed 3 Tesla Model Xs to be washed every other week, but waterless washes, because of the requirements of the parking lot the cars are parked at.
