It was 2:15 and I decided to reach out to him and he said that he never received my text (which I did send). He told me he made other appointments and I told him that I needed the service because I declined the services of other 2 people that had called me back because I had already made an appointment with him and he never replied. I am going to give this business an average 3 star rating based on communication. I would like to preface that I actually did not get the service done and cannot speak on the quality of the service. While pricing for a full detail job exterior/interior the owner was noted to have very competitive pricing and we scheduled for Friday 5/12 at 0900. The detail job was suppose to have been a Mother's Day gift for my wife. At 0850 I was contacted and it was brought to my attention that a personal emergency occurred and that we had to reschedule the project. I understood and stated to call me back to reschedule. After not hearing from him that day, I contacted him Saturday morning to see if he was available later that day or Sunday morning. I received a text back stating that he was still dealing with the emergency but that we could reschedule for the following week. It has been three days since then. I had to spend another day interviewing and discussing pricing with five more vendors but I got the project completed and am very happy with the outcome. Based on the pictures and the pricing this business appears competitive. However based on communication and the fact that I ended up having to delay my wife's Mother's Day gift it left a lot to be desired. Amazing is an understatement. I was so tired of looking at my stained seats and it was just bringing down my whole mood! I contacted Mario on yelp and he responded the same day. I gave him the details on the work I needed done on my SUV. I had years of makeup stains all over my visor as well as various stains on the interior roof of my car. He gave me an excellent price in spite of all of the stains and arrived promptly to my house for our appointment. He was extremely warm and welcoming and didn't judge me for all of the makeup stains lol. I have never had anyone pay such attention to detail with my car. I was blown away when he finished . There was not a single stain even though I had been told by other detailers that the stains were unremovable. The best part was that the seats were barely even damp when he was done and I was immediately able to drive the car. This was a big deal because previously when I got my car detailed at a car wash the seats were wet and I had to let the car sit for hours to dry and still ended up with a nasty moldy smell. If you are hesitant about hiring Mario don't be. I will certainly be a regular customer. read more

Let me start off by saying I have never had my car washed or detailed by an independent business but I was tired of getting a half-ass job done by most of these car wash companies. My car was in pretty bad shape, especially the seats, they are white leather but before they were cleaned they were almost tannish/brown . The exterior was in pretty bad shape as well. From the gate Mario was extremely professional and just overall a cool guy. He quoted me a very reasonable price and he came out the next day to do the job. He actually was able to come do the job earlier then the appointment time which I was very appreciative of. By the time he was done the car looked like it looked when it was bought at the dealership, it sparkled it shined, the chrome rims that were so filthy they were black shined like new again and don't get me started on the seats, I didn't even think the seats would ever look good again and he was able to pull it off, I wish I took pictures of them before but trust me they were bad . Lastly, his prices are very reasonable, I looked at a lot of other businesses and I couldn't find anything under 200 dollars and I don't know too many people that just have 300 dollars to wash and detail their car. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely be going back to Mario in the future 10/10 read more

I needed an emergency interior shampoo and detail on my car and this business was the only one I called who was willing to help me out in the time frame I requested. At first he couldn't because of a previously scheduled job (understandable), but his schedule cleared up a bit and he called ME back. Mario made my 2008 VW look basically brand new (besides the wear I've put on it over the years!) While he was here he also offered to try to fix my passenger seat that has been stuck for many years. Unfortunately that's a bigger issue, but the fact that he tried was so thoughtful. I also opted to have my headlights restored because his prices are so affordable. I hadn't had them done before because everywhere else charged twice as much! I wish I had before photos. They were yellow and so foggy.
