Horrible they wiped some counters off and swept. 3 hrs @ 200 though she wanted 300 $ :(

Shortly after this purchase she was talked into getting new wiring done on the house for a significant amount of $9000 dollars to put in new wiring in which she didn't need. My mother in law is past 70 years old and on a low fixed income. It's really bad to sell elderly people things they don't need just to make a profit, a huge profit at that. Our family is not happy with AxsomAir in Natchitoches to talk her into making such huge purchases.

My elderly and disabled mother had a toilet that was running, leaking, etc. The gentlemen at AxsomAir were absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time. In this age where companies and employees seem to be believe they are doing you a favor by letting you hire them, AxsomAir and their staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and accomodating. I highly recommend them for any A/C work you have (they replaced her A/C compressor last year) as well as any other services they provide, like plumbing.

They were contracted thru my home warranty to replace a ceiling fan. Paid 75 service fee and the…read morefan motor was out. They got with the warranty company and warranty wouldn't cover the whole price of the fan. I told Pops warranty wasnt paying, thay I would pay out of pocket. Pops quoted me 225 for the fan, so I asked for the model number so I could find a fan motor to replace it because it would be cheaper. They didn't even have the model number, so how did you price me the cost of the same fan?? After months of asking if they were coming back out, they flat out told me no, so the $75 I paid, which goes towards the repair is gone. They took my money to never return. I would NOT ever use these people. They are crooked, also if they have any rebuttal to this review I have ALL of the texts messages that went unanswered and the final text where the wife told me they weren't coming back out. Straight up unprofessional and took my money and ran
